I went and had the early bird menu. I like this as it give me a chance to have all the things I like without stuffing myself silly. On the early bird you get a Poppadum, Starter and Main course served with Pilau Rice, 2 Chapatti or 1 Tandoori Naan. The Main dish is a little smaller than you would... More

Unexpected in the area and worth a trip out of town. Food was great with decent alternatives, especially vegetarian. Good drinks choice, with some different additions including"Leeds Gin" good to be able to choose nearly any dish and dictate how hot it was.

In cities like Leeds where there are inevitably a great many curry houses it is often difficult to make a good choice. So I was pleased to get taken here by a local who was a regular. For a starter we just had poppadoms which were fine though I thought charging for pickles beyond a basic yoghurt dip was a... More

We've been coming to this restaurant for a couple of years and have never found one we like more than the Corner Café. The food is delicious, the service efficient and friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable. The owners treat everybody like old friends and are always very welcoming.

As a long time regular of the old Corner Cafe by The Skinners Arms and this one in its early days, I was just blown away by the changes. The changes - upstairs bar and seating etc - may have been ages ago, they were new to us! I had tried to book a table some weeks ago but they... More

The first time I've been here and was surprised at all the options, vegetarian vegan and gluten free which was brilliant. My family chose from 3 options which was good. The food was amazing chosen from the early bird choice and still plentiful even though we got smaller portions. The staff heard it was my birthday so 3 of them... More

Visited again....the standard of all aspects of corner café are still very high, from the friendliness and efficiency of the staff to the wonderfully cooked food and reasonable price and choice.I would make the point that the bottled beers seem to be overpriced, but that is the only problem. would advise pre booking in advance to ensure a table at... Every time I visit this place it's amazing!!!!! Great atmosphere and fabulous staff and great food. Can't fault it at all, they now have their own bar and drinks licence. The chicken tikka masala korma is the best in the world. A must go place. :)))

There is nothing quite like our Tikka Massala Korma - especially with a Peshwari Naan! Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review here - much appreciated. More

Visited The Corner Café on the recommendation of a friend and I'm really glad we did. Despite the name suggesting it is a greasy spoon, we were pleased to be greeted by a quirky atmosphere which isn't traditional Indian restaurant which was a breath of fresh air. The food was fantastic, as were the staff. Definitely worth the venture out... More
