Primo is a perfect example of efficient Italian restaurant. The menu is complete and the food wonderful. Good pizza bread, perfect soup of mushroom and delicious ravioli. The service is nice. Lively place with good food.

A big group of us came here for dinner and it wasn't that busy for a Saturday night. When the food came and I tasted mine I didn't understand why it wasn't busier. I don't think it gets the credit it deserves. If the service and by that I mean waitress attention when asking for drinks and coming after ages... More

I visited Primo recently with a friend for Dinner. Having lived locally for a while I was intrigued to see what it had to offer and am pleased to say that it didn't disappoint. The restaurant is light and airy and the staff very attentive. The food was fresh and the portion sizes were spot on. Will definitely be returning.... More

Attended Primo with four friends. There is a seating area to sit and wait by the bar whilst waiting to be taken to your table. I expected it to be buzzing inside when I arrived, as many of the other bars and restaurants nearby were much busier. But it was quiet. The restaurant is very nice decorated, clean inside, good... Dropped in today for a business lunch. Very enjoyable for the 2 course lunch menu with drink for £10.99. We were served with a bread basket which was unexpected considering the low price menu. The tuna salad starter was a large portion and excellent. The pizza main course was a full, authentic pizza, and even the tomatoes tasted extra special.... More

I visited Primo with a group of work colleagues and we ate from the early bird menu (3 courses and a drink for £20). The food was very nice and well-presented, and the service was friendly. The menu offers mainly Italian food although other options such as steak are also available. The restaurant is just 5 minutes walk from City... More

A group of 15 of us attended this lovely restaurant on Friday 22nd July. The table was all set up ready for us to sit down and was greeted with a warm welcome. We had all different types of food and some had starters and others not. The service was excellent and took all our requirements into accommodation. We had... More

Visited Saturday 2 July for birthday meal. The staff were very unfriendly and rude. We arrived at 6.50 pm on Saturday evening. The waitress did not give us early bird menus but when we asked for them she stormed off and then just chucked them on the table. By this point we had already ordered drinks. The early bird included... More
