We visited with friends and have to agree with the excellent reviews for this restaurant. We all had different starters and mains and all were extremely tasty and great value for money. I would have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant if you are in...the areaMore

The staff were friendly. The service was prompt. I liked having a view into the kitchen area. We can recommend the seafood risotto and seafood spaghetti, also the spicy bruschetta, pannacotte, and profiteroles.

We stayed in Arundel for the weekend and this was shortlisted as a place to eat in. We booked via toptable and even though it was a few weeks before we were offered either an early appointment (6pm) or a later on (8.30pm). Neither really...suited but we opted for the earlier one. On arrival the welcoming was in true Italian custom very friendly and warm. We were shown to our table, the waitress was prompt in taking our order for drinks and the meal. The starter arrived very quickly, I had the Gamberoni in garlic and my wife had the scallops wrapped in pancetta, we also has some garlic bread with mozzarella. All was very tasty and moreish. For the main course I had a Hugo pizza and my wife a chicken millanaise, again very nice and nothing went to waste. We had a bottle of wine as well. All in all a good meal, friendly service although very fast (yet we didn’t seem rushed). Only thing I would pick up on is the paper table cloths, I much prefer the linen ones but if that’s my only disappointment then that’s not bad, hence my 5 star review.More

A wonderful father and son evening experience on the eve of my (father) return to France. Delightful food and warm mellow ambiance. Absolutely impeccable and friendly service, and an engaging server. My son chose from the Wednesday ‘fish evening’ menu with the scallops starter then...the fish trio main. I chose the vegan mozzarella salad starter and then the vegan risotto main. All very enjoyable. Although I now reside in France I hope to re-visit this restaurant at some time in the future. Thank you.More

A cheery welcome and promptly seated with water and drinks arriving quickly. The garlic bread arrived burnt, but we were so hungry we dived in and ate it, it was ok, but you could mostly taste burnt garlic. The mains were a disappointment with poor...quality meat and very obviously burnt (think cremated) potatoes. The waitress was good when it was pointed out, and having turned down the offer of more potatoes, we were offered a free desert. The deserts were average with the pastry of the profiteroles was very chewy, I suspect they were not freshly made in the kitchen and certainly not worth the £7 price tag per desert. When the bill arrived, the cost of the desert had been removed, but to my amazement, in excess of £15 service charge had been included. When I asked for the service charge to be removed, the waitress was downright rude. I don’t mind paying a tip, but for the service to be worth a tip of over £15, I would have expected the burnt garlic bread and the cremated potatoes to have been addressed before either plate reached the table. I am sure some people have a nice meal, but sadly we didn’t and based upon our experience, we could recommend the restaurant to others.More

We visited as a group today and cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. We had the set lunch and the food was freshly cooked, generous and tasty. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and spent time with us even though the restaurant was full...and sadly customers were having to be turned away. Thank you for making our lunch outing so enjoyable.More

The food was shocking, we have been many times and food has been good but this time I wouldn’t serve this to my dog. The starter I had was prawns, they didn’t taste of anything. There were 5 other tables in there and heard them...all complain about something. Being Italian and a chef I told them at the till and paid my full bill then got told to keep my voice down and not to return again. Absolutely shocking will never go back.More

We we were passing by Arundel and decided to have something light. We didn’t have reservation but the staff managed to find us a seat. We had sardines and shared a pizza! Food was lovely! A must try when in Arundel

We visited for lunch on Good Friday and would love to return soon. The food was excellent, particularly the Risotto Marinara. The restaurant was really busy and had a great atmosphere. The service was also fantastic, and the staff were extremely accommodating when we called...to say we would be late for our table. I would certainly recommend this restaurant.More

I don't class myself as someone who eats lots of Italian food, but my wife loves Italian food so I booked a table for our anniversary. We were given a warm welcome, shown to our table. We chose the lunch time special menu and had...3 courses an a glass of wine. I must say that from start to finish every mouth full was a delight and at a reasonable price. I know there are different regions in Italy and their food varies across the country, but in my mind this is true Italian food with a warm Italian welcome. I can only base my review on the food I have tasted in Venice and the nearby mainland. I will be going back to enjoy more fantastic food .More

We went to La Campania on a Friday evening and it was very busy so pleased we had booked. The atmosphere and service were both great. We had the mediterranean veg and sardines to start, followed by the trio of fish for us both. The...food was very good and neither of us had expected 2 big pieces of fish with 3 large prawns for our main course which unfortunately meant we were too full dessert so had ameretto coffees instead. The bill was £110 and also included a bottle of wine which given the size of the main course felt very good value.More

Loved watching the chefs preparing all the dishes in the kitchen. Shared the moules starter - excellent and definitely enough for two with the fresh bread that came with it. Both chicken dishes were tasty and so generous we couldn’t finish them. No room for...dessert but a nice final touch of complimentary limoncellos made for a perfect evening. Service was attentive. Thank you.More

Fantastic to be out with friends again! As always Danni really runs a great friendly efficient restaurant. We are always welcomed here. The food is outstanding and I have yet to have a bad meal in all the years I have been going. Staff are...friendly and nothing is too much work. Personal favourites……Well it’s hard to decide but the mussels in the cream and white wine are outstanding!More

A Shocking price for bottle of peroni! Price of a decent glass of vino in any fine restaurant! A truley ridiculous price as you can get X3 for £5 in tesco! On the other hand Super food and service.

Visited with a friend in the evening - first in at 6pm. We received a very nice welcome and quickly offered the menus and a drink. Wide choice of classic Italian dishes on the menu - plenty to choose from. We opted for garlic prawns...and caprese salad starters. The prawns were nice but not very garlicky and the caprese salad was huge! My friend enjoyed it. She had salmon and prawn risotto to follow which again was a huge portion that she enjoyed. I had pollo Milanese which was ok but could have had better flavour in the spaghetti sauce and the chicken was quite dry. We shared a lovely bottle of Sauvignon Blanc, my friend enjoying another glass whilst I opted for one of the lovely Italian reds - a Sangiovese which was very nice. Overall the service was very friendly and very quick but the food just didn’t wow. It’s more comfort food to enjoy in friendly surroundings rather than anything more special and inspiring. I would go again but not in a rush.More

I don’t have a car park as I am not the restaurant’s owner. Nor would I need a car park as I don’t drive and Arundel is accessible by public transport.

Apologies but this isn’t the restaurant. I can speak highly of it however and best Italian I have ever been to. Definitely need to book. Not sure how far away from hotel I’m afraid.
