Really good experience, from the moment you walk in service is friendly but not suffocating. OH had oysters to start which were excellently prepared. The lamb kleftico was delicious with the best garlic mash I have ever had. Food was good value for a set...More

Started with crab and began to worry when bits of shell appeared. Followed by monkfish with non discript sauce, hard peas and poorly cooked fish. Maybe 2nd string chef on duty on night but not impressed.

Ate here during a business trip and these guys know what they are doing. The service was superb and the staff are very knowledgeable. The food is wonderful as is the wine list. I'd recommend to anyone.

We had the three course option and the food was great. Can recommend the scallop entree and lamb main. The service was good, but I didn't like the automatic adding of 'voluntary tip'... that's a bit presumptuous. At the moment its hard to find the...More

Excellent deal on a lobster feast. Crab starter fantastic. Unfortunately the side salad was awful and should be avoided at all costs.

Description
Opus Restaurant, in Birmingham’s business district, is a top spot for a business lunch or a schmoozey dinner. The cavernous dining room is a dramatic open space decorated in muted hues. The team at Opus are proud of their modern British menu which showcases locally sourced free range meats and freshly caught fish. Favourites include the Lyme Bay Scallops with Belly of Pork and the Grilled Lobster served with Chips and Garlic Butter. The glamorous waiting staff are super-friendly, and the renowned in-house patisserie gives you a great excuse to have a naughty limoncello-cheesecake ending to your meal. It would be rude not to.
