Seemed like a decent place to have a spot of lunch, sadly that wasn't the case.. Both our starters and entrées were drab and devoid of flavour. Even more disappointing considering the premium prices...

I cannot rate the experience too highly. From the initial meeting with Samantha to arrange the event ( dinner for 60 ) right through to the pre-dinner set up meeting with Val and then the evening itself. Outstanding but discreet service and fabulous food. A very special event for our son was delivered with consummate professionalism and a rare culinary... More

Six of us went to Bank at lunchtime to check out their very reasonable two courses for £17 offer to celebrate my graduation. The waiters were very attentive, although not the quickest, but this actually suited our relaxed, lunchtime meal (I assume dinner service may be different). We enjoyed sitting on the terrace at the back. The food was very... More

Came as part of a group on a Sunday evening. Only a few tables were taken. About 4 mains not being served as they'd ran out. Not good since we all were eying up the t bone which had sold out. Very long time to be seated, long time to be served. The chocolate fondant dessert was fantastic

Had some time to spare and decided to have a few drinks here. The outdoor heaters helped us make the decision to visit. Very nice to sit outside, warmed by the heaters on comfy sofas while people watching! Classy place, good service, although glasses could be collected sooner from outside!

Booked a table with family for the early evening deal before going to a show at the symphony hall. The menu was limited due to the deal but enough to choose from. The food was delicious! Wine was great and the location was ideal. I will definitely come here again when in the city.

15 members of our family dined at Bank and had a wonderful time. The restaurant is up beat and trendy with a bustling atmosphere. All the staff are friendly and happy to assist with everything. We sat outside under a canopy and they had the heaters on, we were all really warm and comfortable. The salt baked beets made a... More

We went on a Saturday night and it took well over an hour to serve the food, the restaurant was busy and the staff were clearly rushed off of their feet. Management should hire more staff when they are so fully booked. The food was ok but not special, rib eye steak wasn't unfortunately very warm by the time it... More

I have been eating in Bank since 1999 and have never had a bad meal or experience here. Whether it's a business lunch, dinner with family or friends or private dining, Bank always delivers excellent food and efficient service. Best recent meals have been the tuna au poivre and the usda steaks. Delicious. The venue has also been much improved... More
