I'm a regular here. Cheap, varied menu, suits all my tastes. I often come in for a quick, no fuss, no frills lunch. Staff have always been friendly. Sure, it's not a fine dining experience, but a decent sized meal and a drink for under £5? I'm not turning my nose up at that.

No frills good honest affordable food. Staff are friendly too. Always popular and always consistent. I'm still not sure what an authentic Cornish cafe is doing in Birmingham ha ha

I came to have a breakfast and it was terrible my fried egg was raw and the sausages tasted like they were frozen the food is over priced ie: 75p for 1 hash brown added the milk jug used for my milk for tea had a line of old milk round inside. They also use ketchup and brown sauce that... More

We were looking for a full English for brunch on a bank holiday Monday and disappointed that the place we headed for was closed. Then we drove through Kings Heath on our way home and found this gem. Huge menu, amazingly reasonable prices and we all had exactly what we were craving! The tea was good and strong, the full... More

Tinned mushrooms, frozen sausages and mashed up tomatoes. Cheerful enough staff but the service is as basic as it can get . Food is cheap, not plentyful, and ok for the cost. Oh, and amusingly, the sauce bottles have HP labels on them, but the labels are so worn out that the HP is probably long gone

We've been going to Marianos for several years now and always enjoy it. There is a great choice on the menu, all very reaonably priced, and the portions are very generous. The cafe is clean and and the staff are very friendly and welcoming so it's a great place to pop in for a cup of tea ad a snack... More

This place is terrible it has to be said. I have had the full breakfast and the sausages where rock hard, especially at the ends. The food is cheap and of poor quailty, the mushrooms seem boiled and i could complain alot more but whats the point, go and find out for your self.
