Excellent meal, friendly service but a bit slow. Obviously a favorite as it was a Wednesday and there were several big tables that were quite loud, which was unfortunate.

Visited here on a whim last night as a table of four. Was staying over at the jurys Inn for a training course and all I can say is WOW. We had the 3 courses for 13.99 each and even though 2 of our party aren't a fan of spice we all ate more than we could fit in our... More

My first visit to this restaurant was unfortunately a disappointment as my vegetable rogan josh had no chilli in it. There was some flavour from some spices, but it appears chef forgot to add the heat. There was not a chilli flake, seed or grain of powder to be tasted, let alone a fresh chilli. Unlikely to return, sorry!

My partner and I visited the restaurant New Years Eve as they could accommodate us without booking. What I liked about it was the space. Although it was absolutely packed, we were able to get a table to ourselves and not too close to other diners. This is quite important to us. We ordered the chicken madras and tikka masala... More

A party of 11 work colleagues going out for New Year meal to celebrate New Year with a curry. It was excellent food and service. Highly recommended and happy new year to all the staff and manager and over. Will definitely come again.

glad to get a table at short notice just before Christmas, food was ok, not quite the Birmingham Balti I was hoping for. The presentation was nothing special and the noise of so many people was pretty intense. Maybe the noise should have been expected as we on Broad Street and there was a nice view of the big wheel... Service was friendly. Lamb sagwalla tasted like it was straight out of a tin, bland with no distinguished spices. Spinach was tinned or frozen but definitely not fresh. Tarka dhal was delicious (but £5.95!) Expensive (£88 for three people) and not good value for money. I wouldn't recommend, nor return.

Whilst on a city break in Birmingham after Christmas we stopped at Celebrity for dinner. The menu is quite extensive, however we had already been snacking at the Christmas market. Our choice was a mixed tandoori platter, which arrived sizzling with salad, mint sauce and a nan bread and I had a chicken tikka balti with sag aloo and a... More

Good atmosphere, staff very attentive and plenty of choice on a large menu. You will be spoiled for choice. If unsure ask you waiter for some recommendations.

16/12 Ate here both nights of my stay . It's ok but have had better Indian food . Thought what I had , chicken tikka masala lacked spice (heat) , but at the same time was tasty . Had byirani the second night and was ok . Service was ok . In saying that the place was full with customers... More
