Paid another visit to this superb restaurant and again not to be disappointed. The staff are friendly and professional and the food was the best I've had. The pork belly melted in your mouth and the 10 oz rump was cooked to perfection. Well worth...More

Unfortunate really because this was the 2nd time in 10 days I’d been to Anderson’s. The first trip, our steaks (mine especially) were unimpressive - chewy and an effort to get through, I even sent it back for a different cut which was better but...More

It’s a ‘smart casual’ type of place, but I’m sure jeans are fine. There was a mix of how people were dressed. Enjoy your meal. Can’t wait to go back!

Situated on St Pauls Church square, Andersons Bar and Grill is found in the interesting surroundings of former 18th century cellars. However this restaurant is as far from a dingy basement bar as it is possible to be lush, sophisticated dcor brings light and space to the brick arched room, changing displays of art is displayed on the walls and theres a definite buzz to the atmosphere. With a dedication to providing great value food in a relaxed setting along with top quality service, Andersons Bar and Grill is already making its mark on the local dining scene. The food, sourced locally is of course hearty grill fayre but presented with a touch of class so even old favourites such as Barnsley chop or grilled plaice are actually rather special.
