Was here today with a friend. Enjoyed a latte and white choc and raspberry blondie. I did enjoy them but will be honest and say I prefer the coffee and cakes at Boston Tea Party. York’s is a nice cafe, trendy. Had an earl grey...More

We caught them at the moment of opening after the new year holiday so, to be honest, they were not really ready for customers wanting breakfast. We gave them half an hour to get their act together and the outcome was splendid - three huge...More

We had a delicious brunch on a Saturday morning and the fact that this was the busiest place in the area is indicative of the quality of its offering. Veggie partner had an excellent vegetarian breakfast and very good chai while my eggs benedict with...More

Fabulous place on a corner where we popped in for drinks - they also serve food until 4pm. A lovely independent coffee shop that we will definitely return to again and again. Very friendly service. Love independent places like this in Birmingham.

Found this cafe, just off Broad street, and enjoyed a decent cup of tea. Worth a visit as opposed to the high-street coffee chains. The vibe was more laid back.

Much like the artwork in the gallery, the food in the cafe is style over substance. Staff were miserable, lack of cutlery on the table and food out of stock. Eggs benedict was cold and under cooked. Beef koftas were scarce and very pink. Why...More

In July myself and my husband held our wedding reception at Yorks Ikon Gallery. The venue and the staff were excellent and delivered the perfect day. Prior to the wedding, the director and chef were extremely professional and catered for all of our needs. They...More

This is a beautifully decorated, rustic-like coffee spot near the station. We happened to stumble upon it. It looked like it gets quite busy, as we were lucky to find some seating on the lower ground. The coffee tasted great, and we also ordered some...More

We had eggs benedict and shakshuka but found the £9 each for the tiny portions really overpriced There are better breakfast options in town - go somewhere else instead!
