We managed to squeeze in a lunch the day before the second lockdown and thoroughly enjoyed yet another excellent meal. Tables were well laid out to meet Covid requirements and all guidelines were being followed. We have visited numerous times and having perused the menu...yet again we still decided to go for our usual dishes of brisket and dry-aged steak burger with fries and the bbq ribs. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. A particular thanks to Rose who was very helpful. This is a lovely restaurant located in the centre of town which serves excellent food. Highly recommended.More

We had a deliious three course meal at Loxley's to celebrate my birthday and pre-lockdown. The restaurant took all Covid precautions and the seating was comfortable and relaxing. The staff including Sarah were very welcoming and the food excellent.

First time experience at Loxleys and wow really enjoyed it the food was exquisite definitely recommend the Sunday roast great selection of drinks and food. Very generous portions and very tasty our waitress Emilee made our experience more enjoyable she was on the ball and...very relaxing. We definitely recommend this restaurant when you visit Stratford Upon Avon. Book before to avoid disappointment the inside setting is very homely with plenty of seating space.More

Visited loxleys last night for our last supper before lockdown and it was delish as always. I had the ribs and wow they were fantastic, my friend had the rib eye which was also delish. Loxleys never fails to deliver and john and his staff...are the best.. Thanks loxleys, stay safe and see you all before Christmas.More

We had a few days away in Stratford to celebrate our wedding anniversary, booked Loxleys after reading the reviews. We weren’t disappointed. The staff made us feel very welcome and could not do enough for us, even leaving an anniversary card on our table. Food...was fantastic....Stilton soufflé followed by the duck for me and scallops and pork cutlet for my wife and then sticky toffee pudding to share. If we ever go back to Stratford will definitely book again!More

After reading a couple of recent bad reviews I was compelled to add a positive one after our visit yesterday . We enjoyed the ambience which must be difficult to achieve during these times. We did not feel isolated and appreciated the subdued lighting instead...of glaring lights, but this is one of the things we and others like about this restaurant. I think you are very gracious offering a credit voucher to the person who didn't turn up which they should be thankful for as you lost out on vital income in these difficult times, especially just before you have to close. Many services wouldn't have been so lenient. We had a fabulous meal as always, the staff couldn't have been more accommodating and courteous and I look forward to returning to Stratford and enjoying your fabulous food and service again. Thank you for making my daughter's last minute little wedding celebration perfect.More

We came here for Sunday dinner, with expectations high, as the menu is broad, varied and quite ambitious. Most of the mains had 4-5 elements to them, and all had something unusual about. Everything we had was executed perfectly from start to finish. The cocktails,...the souffle, the lamb rump with fantastic deconstructed potato dauphinoise, and the baked cheesecake. I have the feeling we needn't have agonised over the tough choices such a brilliant menu presents, as it would have been fab whatever we had! Atmosphere was ambient and relaxed, and we were very well looked after by the attentive and well-informed staff. Well done.More
