Six of us enjoyed a fantastic dinner on a Tuesday evening. Everything was well done making it a great experience. The service was great as we were on the second floor which was charming and comfortable. The food was the star! Every plate that came...out was wonderfully prepared off of a very nice and diverse menu. Check the pictures, I couldn’t decide what was the best of the night! Great wine choices and great desserts, we’ll be back.More

We visited Stratford for a two night break for my wife’s birthday. I booked Loxleys due to the good reviews and the menu being exactly our sort of thing. The atmosphere/decor/ambience in the restaurant was lovely. We were welcomed by the staff who were friendly,...happy to help and explain items on the menu etc. They’d even thought to leave a birthday card on the table for my wife. We had three courses and the food was fantastic. Really well presented, thoughtful and great combinations of ingredients and flavours. The scallops to start and the lamb for main were particularly good. Service was quick, wine list had really good selection and I think it offers real value for money based on the quality of the food and experience. I’d highly recommend and would definitely return when next in StratfordMore

Fabulous restaurant with great food and hospitality. Our waitress Annie was an absolute delight. We enjoyed the duck on Annie’s recommendation and the rib eye steak. Thx Annie.

We came to Loxleys to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary this week, what a treat! Amazing food, service and ambience. Loved every minute. Would also like to say thankyou to the American family who very kindly bought us our first drink - they paid for...it as they were leaving and we didn’t get chance to say thankyou but what a lovely thing to do so if you are reading this thankyou very much and we promise to pay it forward!!!!More

If you are looking for somewhere to have a spot of lunch whilst exploring Stratford you would not go far wrong in visiting Loxley's. Warm and friendly greeting from the staff, restaurant is well laid out with lovely decor and with a lunch time menu...that would please most people. Food is well presented, tasty and an ample portion size with very efficient service from the staff.More

Food was ok, nothing special. My rare steak was more medium than rare. And at £28.95 or should I say £31.85 once the auto tip is added, a bit over priced for what it was. The so called sticky toffee pudding was over microwaved, so...it was plain tough. Not something you expect. Our waitress was certainly friendly, but frankly became a bit overly familiar for my liking and some remarks could have offended some. Nice enough ambience, but wouldn't rush back, were I a local.More

We visited this restaurant on a recent weekend away in Stratford Upon Avon. This vibrant little restuarant was a hive of activity and the atmosphere was brilliant. The service staff were excellent, welcoming and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble. This service was topped by...the beautiful food that was cooked to perfection. My husbands comments about the cookery of the duck, probably the best he's ever had. We would recommend a visit here.More

We visited for a birthday meal and after reading the reviews, it definitely didn't disappoint. Cosy atmosphere, amazingly attentive and friendly service from Emily, and the food was in our top 3 meals ever! The in house wine was great and the bottled cider was...something special. We will definitely be back!More

Love this restaurant. Went with friends and they were equally impressed. Our starters were amazing, scotch egg and Welsh rabbit. Followed by the mushroom linguine. Drinks were in lovely glasses. Great service from waitresses. Lily will be missed, we had the pleasure of her starving...on her last night. She was very attentive. Iona seemed to be an asset, it was her first evening.More

This is the first time we have been here and after a wonderful day in Stratford looked around for a nice place to eat We had not booked , late evening and Loxleys was very busy. But the staff were very accommodating and found us...a lovely quiet table, after a reasonable wait. The food was absolutely delicious with a great choice , and the service was exceptional even taking photos of us that we requested. This was a very special occasion for us and I was very pleased that my girlfriend had such a lovely evening . Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Nina My Chinese girlfriend received a great impression of how British hospitality should be The staff made our evening very special , for the very special lady that I was with Thank you. We will see you again soonMore

We hadn’t booked and staff were really helpful fitting us in. The food… WOW. We had rib of beef roast dinner. It was amazing. Presented lovely and the cauliflower cheese was to die for. Didn’t give 5 stars as we waited quite a while to...pay at the end but I’m nitpicking a little here. Highly recommended. You won’t be disappointed with the food. Will return.More

I suggest you call Loxleys and ask if you can book the bar for a couple of drinks. Mind you the food is delicious, so you could book the bar then have lunch or dinner afterwards? Hope I’ve helped
