It was a very enjoyable experience going back in time for a hour or so. There was 40's music and 40's fashion to entertain us. We waited not even 10 minutes when our lovely afternoon tea arrived. We had our scones with jam and cream but were too full to eat the cakes, they were packaged up in a gas... More

Visited here with two American tourists and had a cream tea. The experience was truly excellent and the atmosphere and ambiance of the war years was well received

Our afternoon tea was a gift from friends for our wedding anniversary. We were greeted nicely by the young staff in forties dress. Had a good choice of sandwiches offering three types of bread, with crusts on or off & a choice of tea or coffee. The sandwiches were well filled, lovely scones & a delightful selection of several tasty,... More

This beautiful tea room is set out with a 1940's theme - from the uniforms to the tea cups. A nostalgic trip back to a tea room set in WWII including the posters on the wall and the Anderson shelter outside. Go upstairs and you'll find a 1940's themed living room. We came here for our breakfast every morning as... More

What a lovely Tea shop - with a 40's theme. Staff are all dressed accordingly and everything was nicely presented. Fairly priced too

Stopped here for a light lunch. Food really good, helpful staff and good value. The Nineteen Forties ambiance is fun.

Love this cafe for afternoon tea. Such a great concept especially someone like myself who likes to dress in vintage outfits. I visit here most weeks when visiting my sisters. The only reason I mark it down is sometimes they leave you waiting a long time.

Visited Stratford recently with USA friends and this cafe was recommended by family to take them to. Decor was wartime 40's style as were the waitresses outfits. We had cream teas, and sandwiches. Scones were very good and service was friendly and prompt. Excellent location and easy to find. Best Mocha shes had for a while, our USA friend said.

We came upon this super place by chance, absolutely loved it! The young staff were infectiously enthusiastic, they were a joy to be with. The cucumber sandwiches, toasted tea loaf and fourteas special blend tea were delicious. My husband reminisced about his post war upbringing- a special afternoon all in all. Thank you!

We called in here for a cuppa and piece of cake... like the wartime theme, good service and choice of teas - but mostly like the cake... chocolate cake highly recommended

A 1940s themed Tea Room in Stratford-Upon-Avon. Come and join us in the 1940s and experience gorgeous loose leaf teas or a lovely cup of coffee accompanied by sandwiches on locally baked bread or try a cake or scone made daily on the premises by one of our bakers. No packet mixes or frozen products here. We also offer a gluten free cake each day and will do our best to help any other allergies too. The Fourteas is an experience not to be missed. The Fourteas has won the 2012 TouchFM Pride of Stratford Awards Town Outlet of the Year and has been selected by Jamie Oliver for his best 1000 Places To Eat In Britain app. We have recently moved to larger premises, but we are still only operating from one shop with no plans to expand to a chain yet!
