Kind of "modern british" that tries to offer too many dishes from different cuisines (Japan, Greek, Spanish) without get success. For example my Teriyaki salmon was more a poached salmon with soy sauce. Nice atmosphere. Not watch the show.

We fell upon the cafe/restaurant whilst looking for somewhere for a very late lunch and were so lucky. The set (Sunday) dinner was just like home - except the Yorkshire pudding was 10 ten times higher and lighter - delicious! Squid starter was loved by all. Sadly no room for desserts. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Would love... More

We had a late lunch here and were impressed with the menu and the friendliness of the staff. Set lunch had something for everyone and the roast dinners were huge! We had delicious spiced squid and feta and tomato fritters to begin and watched the world go by. Laid back style and atmosphere, we really enjoyed it.

Found this by chance so didn't go to a show but would another time. Great venue and the cafe/bar where we had a drink was very welcoming. We only had a drink and a snack but meals were on offer. It also has an outside terrace. The staff were lovely and helpful.

We had dinner here before heading down to the comedy club on a Saturday night. We had steak, tempura halloumi, peanut butter cheesecake (with toffee popcorn and candied bacon!) and a pretty good bottle of Malbec. Staff pleasant and helpful. If you tell them you're going to the comedy club they will reserve you a table downstairs. Might be worth... More

Have been here a few times and the food has always been great. Not loads of choice but the menu is updated pretty regularly from what I can tell with daily specials. Recently had tempura asparagus starter and steak for main - all delicious. Was with a large party and everyone enjoyed the food so would definitely go back and... More

My boyfriend and I visited here on a quiet Sunday where we got to have solo use of the sun terrace. We enjoyed having a nice 3 course Sunday lunch for £15. The only thing missing on the roast was some stuffing!

We came here for a comedy show one night and decided to arrive early and eat before hand. The food was just perfect! It looked beautiful, tasted beautiful and was delivered by some very nice staff. To be honest I was only expecting something average at best which is why I had a steak dinner and my partner had burger... More

We are never disappointed with the standard of food at this bistro! This was a simple sunday evening meal before seeing the comedy show. My wife had beef sunday lunch and I had fish and chips. Both were fantastic. You can also reserve seats downstairs for the show if you eat there, so please do this as there is then... More
