Very poor experience and service and food not great! Ordered 2 pizzas, went to use pepper grinder which broke and covered my whole pizza in peppercorns. Feeling a bit embarrassed I called the waiter, explained what happened and his response was "well what do you want me to do about it". I asked for a plate so I could try... More

A lovely airy restaurant with a nice atmosphere. We both had a new dish - giant ravioli - which was really nice. The waitress was lovely and very attentive without being intrusive.

As expected, the food at Zizzi's was full of flavour and an acceptable price. I attended with a big party and we were all served promptly and in a friendly manner.

Service was good, pizza was very rich and we certainly had to wait for it for a more than average time. If you are looking for an authentic italian meal you are not in the right place, for a 'tastebud adjusted experience' this might be the right place.

1st time visit to a Zizzi. Entire staff non UK - poor welcome and too efficient without the customer /staff interaction you'd expect in a restaurant. Only three of us dining and one of the orders was completely wrong when it arrived - meat on a veggie dish! Waiter appeared to have incorrectly taken the order, somehow. Apology but wait... More

The food was average, I have had better pizza and pasta in my own house for a lot less money. The portions are pretty rubbish for what you pay. It was an experience and not one I will be doing again.

On Valentine’s day (14th Feb) a customer was at the Zizzi Italian restaurant in Guildford with his wife and daughter. The afternoon was amazing. The cheerful family were served by a young, petit, lady (possibly of English origin). The after took a different twist when the lady (who served the table left for her break). The family finished their meal... More

My Mum and I visited on Tuesday evening! I had previously visited the Guildford branch with my Dad and we had a wonderful evening! Mum and I certainly weren't disappointed! We were swiftly welcomed and shown to a table of our choice! The service was slick and friendly as it always is in Zizzi's! The restaurant was buzzy for a... More

I've visited Guildford's Zizzi's with my significant other on a fair few occasions now. Each time we've visited we have always been met with extremely friendly staff who seem to do a wonderful job - and always with a smile! The food is nothing out of this world, but I feel that it's pretty good value for money compared to... More

At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don’t do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We’re all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food. This long standing restaurant is set at the top of the high street. The entrance leads you into a light, spacious restaurant with soaring ceilings and a bar stretching from the floor to the roof. The open plan kitchen affords you panoramic views of the chefs tossing the pizzas over the high beams and the busy, bustling atmosphere makes this a great place for a night out.
