Stopped on arrival to Fort William having seen the great reviews here. We were not disappointed, coffee was great, tuna melt with fresh salad was lovely and the home made scone with jam and cream after was absolutely gorgeous. And, all at great prices with...More

Not a big cafe, friendly service with a smile makes you forgive them if a little slow at times. Freshly cooked local ingredients, definitely has style as I have rarely seen vegan options on a cafe menu next to a venison burger. So something for...More

We are glad you enjoyed your visit. We have a new member of staff that is still in training so we do apologies that you maybe had to wait a bit longer than normal.

Stopped here en route to Skye for coffee and a sandwich, we found the staff to be really friendly and enjoyed the coffee sandwiches. There is a small farm shop attached with some local produce , whilst I wouldn't rely on it if you needed...More

We hope you enjoyed the venison burgers! We use the same ones in our cafe and they always go down very well with our customers. Thanks for your review.

This is a gem of a place we visited twice - 2 adults 2 children. Perfect atmosphere very clean and welcoming and the cakes are to die for! The soup and sandwiches etc are also very good. We loved it. Thank you xxx

Very good food in a resonable price. The bacon rolls are awsome. The service is personal and the view is exeptional.More

We are glad you enjoyed your roll so much. We use smoked back bacon supplied by MacBeth's Butchers in Forres- (further north than is in the Highlands.) They use local outdoor reared pork for all their bacon and we agree it is so tasty! See...More

We made a special trip as we wanted somewhere we could buy local, and preferably organic, meat and produce. Having read that this was the place to go we were quite disappointed at the selection on offer in the shop. There are some nice gifts...More

I am perplexed as to why you felt it nessesary to leave this bad review as you didn't seem to dislike our service, coffee or food. I am not sure what you had that left you underwhelmed. I think you will find the majority of...More

This shop provides the very basic. Nice in a way that not trying to over do it and rip you off. Usual farm shop stuff like meat, veg, cheese and milk.

Thank you Paula for taking the time to leave us a very positive recommendation to others! On the chair scraping issue we have tried repeatedly to put felt pads on the chairs but they just get scraped off in days. One of my bug bears...More

Have only visited the gift shop, which sells local crafty-type gifts and also environmentally friendly products, plus local food. I'm sure the cafe is equally as nice. Got my husband a hand-made 'Roundtuit' coaster - he wasn't impressed, but I thought it was hilarious.
