I attended this pub with my family on the 7th April. It was by far the best family run pub in Dorking. It is child and dog friendly which I love and the dogs have a large area outside to explore and as do the children in their own gated garden and play area. Great entertainment and modernization. Food is... More

Lovely pub. Phoned ahead to see if they were still doin meals. When we got there they had no veg left so they gave us complimentary glass of wine each while they cooked us more! You don't get better than that! Turns out they stop servin at 3,was 5 when we arrived but we're more than happy to cater for... More

They we're very accommodating for a large group on Sunday. Very friendly. We all had a roast and it was above average and reasonably priced. I had haddock like your nan would cook and it was gorgeous. Not the best in Dorking but not far off

Having visited this pub for lunch meetings over the last 15 years it was very disappointing to see how poorly it is now being run. The lady behind the bar has little or no prior experience of running a pub, it did not occur to her to offer ice and lemon in my drink. The food menu is lacking any... More

This pub was good for value, and beers, but now following my visit last week, what have they done. The only pump ale on was London Pride, and that was £4.20 a pint. With so many good local brewery ales available, why? Food, well soup was £4.95, I wont bother to list the rest you get the idea. Has it... More

Such a shame that the food is now cheesy rubbish. Loved coming here but the food is now horrible so will be taking our custom elsewhere. Employ a new chef and we will be back!

We visited The Pilgrim for a lunch to celebrate a family birthday. We were greeted by polite and friendly staff. The pub was busy, which is always a good sign. The pub has the feel of a place for locals, which is understandable given its tucked-away location in Dorking, with a comfortable, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The menu is fairly... More

A proper local pub with extremely friendly staff and customers. Food was excellent quality (and featured delicious fresh runner beans from the garden) and reasonably priced. There is also a good selection of ale on tap. The best thing about this pub though was its welcoming atmosphere. The customers were all very friendly, including Ralph the dog. The landlord went... Description
The Pilgrim Pub is situated on the outskirts of Dorking Town right next to Dorking West Station. This pub sells real ale with a choise and the food is outstanding with the roast lambs on Sundays plus the homemade desserts! The staff here are always friendly and always greet you with a warm welcomeBooking is advised at all times as with a small resturant it gets busy quickly.
