The fish was excellent and you could taste the freshness. Pudding was really good too. Only thing I wasn’t sure about was the sauce with the second fish, but maybe it just wasn’t completely to my taste. Definitely would come back!

It’s hard to be positive about this restaurant. It needs improvement. Everything just about okay. Nothing memorable. Shame!

Five of us visited Regatta for a birthday lunch. We were all delighted with everything we chose. The food was superb, the service was brilliant and the £45 deal for three courses, for two people, made it excellent value.

Food was fairly good. I had a very good fish soup to start with (but with a very soggy cheesy crouton) followed by cod loin laid on a sweet potato curry. Both were cooked well but the presentation of the dish made the loin look...More

We visited Regatta on the Bank Holiday Monday. To avoid disappointment, we booked a table a day before. The restaurant was not busy though. We were welcomed by very nice and smily waitresses and were shown to our table. I absolutely loved the hot bread...More

The dressed crab starter was very good and the plaice main with new potatoes and samphire was delicious. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. The staff was very kind and accommodating, especially to our young son!

Hi yes we allow well behaved dogs in our bar area in the restaurant as it has a stone floor not wood. We only have 4 tables in this room so we would recommend booking a table.

There was a fixed price menu but I didn't see anything gluten free. Sorry I didn't reply sooner. Ive only just gone back on Trip Advisor after some time.

For dinner I'd say yes unless you get there on opening at six and can finish by eight. Not sure about lunch though.
