Visited on a cold, rainy Sunday evening in Dec. Located right on the coast. Welcomed by friendly staff, had a burger and my friend had duck. Good food, reasonable prices and great beer ....

Pet Friendly Inn with great menu, superb choice of local ales and a fantastic atmosphere. The menu is always changing, food great, well presented, served with a smile and good value. Couldn't understand why they don't do food all day as we witnessed at least a dozen disappointed customers and that was on a cold January afternoon! Worth getting there... More

Myself and a few family friends decided to have lunch at The Mill in for a change and were not let down! The Mill offer a pub style setting whereby you have to order at the bar, relax at your table and await for your food to arrive. 7 of us in total and every single dish was spot on!... More

Called in for lunch on a very busy day-staff were very accommodating, found us a table even though we were only "snacking"--food was great, service was superb, could not have wanted more.

Good beer. Unobtrusive music. Nice friendly staff. Ordered steak which was great, burger which was very tasty but best of all the ribs and the brisket smoked on the premises were best we'd ever tried! What a good idea to do something different. Great quality meat. These were full of flavour, the ribs were so big we brought some home... More

This is a nice local pub, beer choice very good, especially the great German Bittburger Pilsner. However the food lacked somewhat. I ordered the 10oz sirloin and asked for it to be rare. Now this may be my fault as I didn't see that it was a (Sizzling) dish. The steak was no way a 10oz in weight and was served... More

so sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your meal, also very disappointing that you did not report or complain that your steak was apparently overdone....if you knew it wasnt correct in the first instance the kitchen would happily have cooked you another steak....yes the food is served on a sizzling platter, but the steaks are not placed on top of... Situated right by the sea front and around the local fish stalls the Mill offered a varied menu with dishes to suit most tastes. Local fish featured as did feature dishes like Cajun chicken served on a sizzling plate and a very tasty alternative. Good value for money but check opening times as food is not served all day.
