3rd trip in 10 years. We live in London and it's worth the trip every time. Best Nepalese I've ever eaten bar none. The Aloo Channa is off the charts. Love those little black chick peas alongside my spicy Pork Bhutuwa!

Another trip here travelled from Manchester because my husband wanted birthday tea here! I don't care about those that say its overrated or over priced for us its worth every penny abd i cant rate it any higher or i would be far the best nepalese in the land, the staff are amazing, the food is and we love everything... Visited for early evening meal with friends. Small menu, relaxed atmosphere and delicious food. Lots of stairs down to it and up to toilets so not somewhere for people who might struggle with that!

This was our second visit to Yak Yeti Yak and, again, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food is brilliant. All of it is very fragrant and tastes great; they cater well for spicy and non-spicy alike - asking just how spicy you want your food when ordering. The Dal and Achar sides in particularly are very good - not spicy,... More

Service was a bit brusque, but the food was amazing. We would highly recommend the beef and the lamb both. It was busy the night we were there - don't forget a reservation!

The food is so beautifully spiced, with great base flavours. It's nice that the menu doesn't have hundreds of items, much easier to choose, and you can see they do the selection of dishes on offer very well. You won't see cauliflower the same way again. Also, when you say to make your food 'very spicy', boy, do they mean... More

We loved. Services was really good. Not a large menu but very interesting. Reminds you of Indian food but the taste is completely different. Simple food with a great taste . Good wine list.

Being Indian, I was cautiously optimistic about the food here. While very similar to our cuisine, the combined experience of simple and authentic Nepalese flavours combined with their presentation (copper tableware) and warm service certainly left us feeling we had discovered a little gem in Bath. I daresay it was probably the highlight of our trip here and we wish... More

This is a great place for a memorable meal out. The service is kind and the setting is pretty (especially the floor-tables) with the mountaineering equipment for decor and traditional Nepalese bunting. The space is not very big, so booking ahead is advised if you do not want to be disappointed. The food was all excellent, from starters to dal... More

Yak Yeti Yak serves authentic Nepali cuisine. Portions are small and low cost, but very delicious. You can easily try a mix of dishes that will surprise you with their tastiness for a relatively low cost. Service is quite attentive - better than most in Bath. You can even choose to sit on cushions on the floor if you value... More

Description
If the name of this restaurant alone isn't enough to make you want to dine here, then we'll eat our Dhaka topi hats. However, in case you need any further incentive – we're delighted to say that this super-cosy establishment is superb. With whitewashed walls and brightly coloured hand-woven cushions, the Nepalese dining room at Yak Yeti Yak in Bath is warm, peaceful, and popular with a fresh-faced crowd who look like they climb mountains just for fun. While - as far as we can tell - there is no actual yeti on the menu, there are plenty of other star attractions such as the Yak Yeti Yak Beef – spicy beef stir-fried with onions, sweet peppers and tomatoes.
