We ate her with 3 adults and 2 children during our trip to Bath and it was really a tasty pleasure. Beautifull restaurant with good authentic Morrocan food. They know how to cook. And fine people there who serve your dinner. It is a good idea to eat here even for vegetarians. Don't forget your desert.

Highly recommended place! The food which we ordered was delicious! So glad we took only mains as we weren't even able to finish it. Food is amazing, smell and the whole restaurant is magic. We were served by the owner who was very polite and professional. Prices quite low if you compare it to the other places in Bath.

Unbelievably tasty grub. A warm welcome and very approachable staff to an uneducated Moroccan eater! Very succulent food and very good value on the £22 menu!

Wonderful service! We arrived quite late in the night during a busy hour, and was seated straightaway. We did get a bit hot inside, and was seated outside straight away. The food is wonderful and great to share, with plenty for everyone if you don't like things too hot! We also had the shisha outside and met a some lovely... More

Have been to this restaurant several times now although only during their lunch time hours, when I usually have the 2 course set menu. The dishes are always enjoyable and although I have noticed some slight changes in the presentation / portions, I dont think they have actually changed the menu for almost a year, if not longer. I suppose... More

This Moroccan Restaurant is top class, and is is to be expected that it is very popular. The dishes here are delicious and authentic Moroccan. They have some seats outdoors and since it can get chilly in the evenings, you get a blanket, and they will light the outdoor heaters. Situated in the heart of Bath it is the perfect... More

This was a much awaited second visit for my wife and myself and were we pleased to see that the standards and atmosphere were unchanged from when the restaurant was the Cafe du Globe. This time we brought along our daughter, aged 11 (who can be difficult-to-please at meal times) and she was very happy here. She, like us, loved... More

Had a really good evening. We both picked off the 2 for £22 deal. We shared a cold meze for a starter, we didn't recognise many of the ingredients but just went for it as we were in a very authentic Moroccan, and we were both so glad that we went for it. The flavours were fantastic. My fiancé had... More

Great find, service was very good, very attentive. Menu had excellent authentic choices. Had the lamb tagine, very tasty and a very generous portion. Really liked their bazar in the basement, reasonably priced.

We visited this restaurant on Tuesday evening. It was busy but not full so they were able to find us lovely table for two. The food was great and good value for the centre of Bath. We both had things off the set menu which is excel ant value and an extensive choice. The main courses were served in traditional... More

Tagine Zhor is an authentic Moroccan restaurant run by the Casablancan Moroccan born owner. He takes pride in his Fez cuisine because it is based on traditional recipes that have been passed down from his loving Fez born grandmother "zhor" to him. It is the only finest Moroccan restaurant in Bath and probably in the whole South West of England. The perfect place to experience real Moroccan food cooked and served in a distinctive and traditional manner together with genuine warm hospitality in absolute beautiful Moroccan surroundings. Most meals begin with the simple selection of hot and cold mezze which might include hommos, Olives and Baba Ghannouj served with flat bread. The Tagine may come next served with Cous Cous, rice or Bread. It is a stew made of lamb, Chicken, Fish, Beef, kofta and Basilla. A single plate of dessert will usually consist of baklawas . They are sweet pastries dripping in honey or dusted in icing sugar marks the end of the meal before fresh mint tea or Arabic coffee are served. Do not forget to take a seat on outdoor terrace and enjoy the Shisha pipe and its flavour of tobacco. Also pay a visit to our gem Bazaar Shop downstairs featuring beautiful and unique handmade Moroccan items "great idea for gifts"
