Fairly traditional fish and chip shop. No frills, but consistent good quality. Fish cooked to order while you wait. Good sized portions.

Of all the very many places to eat in Bath, my wife and I decided to go with the traditional fish and chips. we were so happy we did. We found this fish shop just off 'Kingsmead Square'. We ordered Cod and Haddock meals and ate in. They were both very nice and very generous portions. Well recommended.

Unfortunately as great as the food as bad was the welcome and service by the apparently family run business. The team working there unfortunately do not enjoy serving customers and even to manage serving warm beer. Upon inquiring about the temperature, no apologies are offered but "we just put it in the fridge." Sad.

Came here for lunch with a German client who is a great fan of English fish and chips. We sat in the downstairs restaurant. Our waiter was very friendly, polite and efficient. My colleague had the large cod, and I had haddock. Both fish were really fresh, and cooked just right. The batter was very tasty and crispy, and not... More

Found an excellent fish and chip shop in Bath. Delicious fresh food, prompt service and great portions. Definitely will go back. Thank you everyone. Forgot to say, mushy peas best I've ever eaten...

Ended up in here by chance, lovely fish & chips, fast and friendly service. Reasonably priced. They also do take away.

We were hungry. There were ten of us. We arrived on bicycles. We were full when we left. The grub was great.

We sat outside this modest little fish and chip shop and enjoyed a steamed fish and salad (for my gluten intolerant wife) whilst i enjoyed the traditional platter. The batter was crisp and chips the same. Large dining room downstairs. Great service and there is a bar too!

Apparently the staff here do not like tourists bc we were given our food in to go boxes and they wouldn't let us stay even after telling them we ordered the food to stay. The owner seems like quite an ignorant person and we got glares from a few of the staff while sitting waiting for our food. Shame on... More

Scallops to start were fresh, dripped in garlic pesto and simply fantastic. Prawns in sweet chilli completed the anticipation course. Then, the haddock in crispy beer batter, mushy peas and phat chips stuffed me to my gills. Too good
