We loved their jacket baked potatoes with a small salad, their tomato soup with 2 rolls, their desserts & their coffe!

Have just tried here as we love their avocado on toast and they are advertising some new nice sounding smoothies. Despite being open for an hour they didn't have the avocado on toast breakfast and they didn't have any smoothies at all, let alone the new ones. Have gone to Waitrose where they do have all the items listed on... More

If you belong to the M&S Premium Club you receive a voucher for a special afternoon tea for you and a partner on your birthday. What a disappointment this was in Bath today. M&S are clearly downgrading. The tier used to have sandwiches, scones and mini pastries. Today the only sandwiches on offer were BLT. No lovely mixed sandwiches with... More

Good choice of items. Large range of drinks. Reasonable price range. Staff friendly and the seating area was clean.

We were looking for something quick to eat and a lady on the street directed us here. We choose some sandwiches from the display and bought our drinks and sandwiches for a quick bite before touring The Roman Baths.

Service was mediocre. Tables not cleaned after crockery was removed. I used the paper serviette as a cover. Customer on the next table had the same problem. Crumbs on the floor also and no knives, all in the dishwasher! My Husband's order of a toasted sandwich arrived after the member of staff walked it around the tables passing us on... More

The M&S Cafe has nice decor and a delicious array of drinks and cakes - all also available in the Food Hall. But at mid-morning on a busy Saturday there were only 2 staff behind the counter - one taking orders and one making coffees. For a company like M&S which is trying to compete with other high street coffee... More

Went to lunch there with my daughter whilst on a day out shopping, the food was lovely but a bit worrying that all the cutlery was grubby and the glasses so cloudy you couldn't tell if they were worn out or still dirty, had to clean the cutlery before using and ask for a clean glass, the baby changing room... Went in for lunch and had handcrafted chicken, leek & wholegrain mustard pie with mash. It was absolutely lovely, piping hot & full of flavour. If I lived in Bath I would use this as my regular lunchtime treat, unfortunately I was just visiting for a few days. Staff were friendly and always kept busy. Well done M&S.

As usual in an M&S cafe there is always a long queue waiting to be served, However, like everyone else, I'm prepared to wait as the food is always good. The sandwich, shortbread biscuits and pot of tea was as expected, but I had to clear the debris - laden table, which also needed wiping over, before I could even... More
