we had a wonderful cream tea that came with a selection of sandwiches, scones, jam and clotted cream; you get to choose which cake you like - a difficult decision as they all look amazing. The piece of cake you are served is huge so make sure if you visit that you are quite hungry! Lovely atmosphere and friendly, happy staff,... More

Excellent 1940's-style tearoom. Waitresses dressed and made-up in 1940's style, with appropriate music playing. Wonderful period décor.............and all this without the amazing cakes! Chocolate and cherry cake great! All reasonably priced, too.

We visited this gorgeous Tea Room after visiting the Museum at Bath at Work Museum in July, it was pouring with rain and we were dripping wet but received a really warm welcome from the girls all dressed in war time costume. We loved the vintage atmosphere which even extended to the loos which were in the air raid shelter.... More

Don't be put off by the 3 stars. The food and setting are first class but there was a long wait and some confusion due to the number of customers. Without the wait, close to 5 stars!

After a long day sightseeing this was a lovely step back in time. We received a lovely welcome and the tea was beautifully served complete with timer for tea brewing.

Like stepping back in time. I really enjoyed all the vintage touches, the doilies on the tables, the mismatched china, and the vintage cake stands. The food was delicious and good for the soul and they use real leaf tea. I would have liked some extra hot water to make my tea go a bit further.

I have been a number of times to this lovely little tearoom and thought it was about time I wrote a review! It's a great atmosphere with the vintage crockery, furnishings and music playing quietly in the background but what really makes it special for me are the fabulous cakes (lemon meringue hard to beat) and the staff, who are... A group of us were on a day out in Bath and decided to visit Bea's after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor. The tea room was exactly as you would expect.. Traditional and vintage in every way: the waitress, the menu, the crockery and the decor. We took a table in the window. We ordered the quiche (Ham and... More
