I have been to this restaurant several times. Quality of food and staff is quit high. But the only thing which made me feel bad was the fact the building used to be a funeral parlour before.. If they move to a different location, they might attract more crowd.

HI, thank you for your kind review and we are glad that you enjoyed your evening with us. Just to let you know the building wasn't a funeral parlour before, it was a workers' canteen. There is a lot of development going on, with new houses and luxury appartments very close to us, and with the opening of our rooftop... More

This was our first visit to the restaurant. We really like Indian food and this is really special. I would call it fine Indian dining. While the menu has some dishes that appear on most Indian restaurant menus, there are more unusual dishes. The quality of the food is excellent and the mixture of spices is exquisite. The food is... Upon arrival, the Manager and staff gave us a warm welcome and politely guided us to our table. We had a lovely booth which was spacious, outward facing towards scenic bath and very comfortable and private. It was a perfect arrangement within the decor and ambiance of the restaurant which was of the highest quality and furnishing, the actual restaurant... More

Visited the Mint Room on 9th July 2016 to celebrate my son finishing his GCSE's. This was our first visit and it will not be our last. The decor is excellent, the ladies rest room was that nice the wife took a couple of photos!! The gentleman who served us was really charming, he made us feel really welcome. The... More

My son- only 6 years old- felt sick- and they charged £40 as other food to charge because my son used the bathroom when he felt sick! I had to clean the bathroom my Self! And claimed for the sneaky charge . Unacceptable, you should always check your charges if you go there!!!

This restaurant are trying for a Michelin star. They will undoubtedly get it! The service, decor, staff, atmosphere and food was exceptional. I wish I had spent more time in Bath so I could go back. This place will not disappoint. Also often Indian makes you feel slightly ill afterwards due to the use of ghee, however I presume they... More

The Mint Room is a really excellent Indian restaurant, almost at the "fine dining" end of the spectrum. The food was tremendous and the service was outstanding. They really did look after us and we left extremely happy, having had a wonderful visit. If you're in Bath or visiting, the Mint Room should definitely be on your list of restaurants... More

Fantastic setting and great food. The staff are friendly, knowledgable about the cuisine and very attentive. We went straight to mains and the staff still brought out a complimentary course of popadoms and chutney, a welcome starter. Ordered around 4 different curries and all were fantastic. No weak dish out of the selection. Staff then brought out a complimentary dessert,... More

Twelve of us headed out for a curry and decided to go to the Mint Room. We received a warm reception and were led to our table quickly. The decor is very modern and clean looking; not the usual Indian style. Ordered beers which took a while coming and then ordered food. I ordered the rabbit varuval starter but it... More
