The restaurant was reasonably busy and the warm welcome, big smiles for everyone. I would heartedly recommend if you are eating in Bath, try this Aio.... If you are able... More

The staff were attentive the fish was delicious but the potato herb cubes were old & clearly reheated, no decent Resturant would even consider serving them. Very disappointed. When we told them we weren't charged. Not sure we would go back. Overall very expensive for what we had.

Outstanding restaurant. Beautiful presentation and amazing preparation. Best dish was the sea bass with tasty tomatoes and vegetables. Terrific Sardinian wines.

We enjoyed a lovely meal with friendly staff and great wine- a good range of choices on the menu and tables are not on top of each other so nice for couples. Would really recommend as food to suit all tastes.

Whilst spending a day in Bath I came across this little gem by chance. My Husband and I were looking for somewhere to eat an early dinner before traveling home and were so glad we found Aio. It was difficult to choose from the menu because everything sounded so good and when the food arrived it definitely lived up to... More

We had been wanting to try this Restaurant for a while as We had read the menu on passing some time before. So last Friday evening after shopping, so quite early, we were first in the Restaurant. We hadn't booked but they had a table by the window. We were lucky to have arrived early as before long the place... More

Beautiful food in a bright airy restaurant. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. Authentic Sardinian food Linguine Al Granchio, Salicornia e Bottarga which was out of this world. I recommend that dish if you go there. My wife had Cosciette Ripieno e Favette( free range boneless thighs, chargrilled with smoked Paprika)...beautiful. Be sure to visit this excellent restaurant when... More

Tired after a long traveling day we were happy that our B&B host was able to secure a reservation for us here. The atmosphere is comfortable, the items that we ordered were delicious and served by friendly and cheerful staff. Recommended!

Roughly translated from Sardinian, Ai means come and join us, its an appropriate title for one of Baths most welcoming restaurants. Currently the only restaurant in the South West specialising in Sardinian cuisine, Ai, on George Street close to the Assembly Rooms and The Circus is a unique dining proposition, providing Baths gastronomes with an opportunity to step outside of the Italian comfort zone. A modern interior inspired by the warm tones and natural materials of a traditional trattoria leads through to a suntrap courtyard just made for enjoying Ais summery cuisine. Head chef Roberto Lilliu puts years of experience working in Mediterranean kitchens to use here, with the menu full of the warm flavours of Southern Europe.
