Lovely Sunday roast. Venue is nice, but felt that the table was a little cramped and this was surprising as there were many free tables on lower floors etc. The dinner as not as big as expected from looking at menu, but reasonable price. My friend said his roast was a little cold, but mine was ok. Would still recommend.

We visited on a hot Sunday lunchtime, had pre booked our table and were offered several different places that we could sit. We chose the ground floor next to an open window, which cooled us down. We started with two rounds of ciabatta with dips. There were only two dips ( I thought there might have been more), consisting of... More

This was a spur of the moment decision to go into Bath for lunch. Very attentive staff. Orders placed within a short period. We both had the Sunday Lunch and chose the boar belly pork. Ample portions. Very well cooked. Will certainly return soon.

We wandered in to Gascoyne Place on quiet Monday night. Our waiter made it worth it. His delightful personality filled up the place. We discussed the food, the interesting restaurant, life's problems, etc. The food was great. I had the bets local fish, and my wife a great veggie dish. Loved the tomatoes! Highly recommended to anyone.

Visited the restaurant with my wife and 1,5 year old daughter. The staff was friendly and service was good. Both me and my wife ordered fish dishes and the fish tasted really good in both of them. Recommend anyone in Bath to visit.

We found this restaurant on our first night, we had meals from the pre-theatre menu (before 7pm). My husband particularly loved the goats cheese starter, I loved my chicken main course with puy lentils. A great bottle of French red wine too. Service was excellent, the meal was excellent, it was extremely good value for money given the quality of... More

Very good fish and chips, steak and kidney pie, monster burgers--and disco music in the background. But good for us older folks who can't deal with super-noisy restaurants any more.
