Stopped for lunch before visiting Ludlow Castle. We each had a pork pie and a local cask ale. Service friendly, Good very good . Atmosphere was very British Pub, just what we were looking for. Would go back gladly.

Great pub. Drank here every day for two weeks. Joules beers. Only ate once. Steak pudding and chips. Basic food but well cooked and presented and large portion.

The oak paneling is the work of the famous mouse an Robert Thompson and the letters are listed in pub with a description of each panel. Each and every piece is Mouseman from different eras enjoying a second life.
