Thank goodness for Tony and his family for taking over The Robin Hood! I have been blown away by the transformation this quintessentially English pub has gone through, it truly welcomes diversity and invites all walks of life, from dog walkers, to ramblers, regulars, walk ins, families and people looking for a fantastic food venue (portions are exceptional).... also offering... We were staying locally in the area while having work done at home and made this our local for the couple of weeks away. It had been recommended to us by a relative who enjoys Real ales and we weren't disappointed by the quality and choice if ales. Had a few meals that were good value and excellent quality during... Regularly go here with friends but get increasingly frustrated when I cannot get to the bar because everyone decides to sit at it! This is particularly annoying especially when the rest of the pub is empty and there are chairs vacant all over. The beer is always excellent and I highly recommend the golden glow, very reasonable prices and the... More

Called in for a livener after strolling through Ironbridge. Good selection of ales, friendly bar staff and regular patrons. Food served wed-sunday but as it was a Monday, can't comment further. PS: Northern Soul music was great.

Had a Thursday day out with dog and stopped for a pint of real ale and a cob snack as the food starts again at 6pm so could not wait. Very friendly so will be calling again as the food has been recommended.

We called in here by chance, when our first choice place was closed. we greeted by friendly staff in this traditional pub, in a lovely setting by the river. Three of us all had fish and chips, and it was lovely. Hot, crispy, not at all greasy and plenty of it. We all agreed we will return soon, have to... More

Dropped by here for lunch on Saturday lunchtime , arrived just after 12. Was few tables left. Ordered the Hake and fish and chips. Both were delicious. The Hake I would recommend to anyone , great value for money, one off the best I have ever had. Will definitely be returning. Lovely pub, welcoming staff
