The staff were incredibly efficient and friendly. We were a party of 16 and each and every one agreed that the food was delicious and well presented. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Located on the canal in the centre of Reading, London Street Brasserie is a well-oiled machine, with personality, packed into a heritage building. The food is delicious and seasonal: from the artisan bread basket, to the John Dory to the baked alaska, everything tastes beautiful. The wine and beer list is well thought through too. Lovely restaurant and good atmosphere. Only issue is very little choice for vegetarians. Would be nice to see a larger menu that isn't specialised in meat/fish. Staff are friendly enough but we went in a busy night so didn't get quite the same attentiveness as when it's been quieter however this would be expected as it is a popular restaurant.

Lovely food and very accomodating staff who were happy to make changes to the meal for me. Very friendly service. Nice environment, clean, Quite noisy. Wouldn't recommend the macaroons, they are more like meringues.

The waitress was friendly and gave us plenty of time whilst we poured over our decision on what to have. The starters were ok but the main course of pheasant was absolutely amazing! It only lost a star as my friend... More

Had an amazing lunch on Sunday for birthday celebration. The food was the usual excellent standard and the service faultless. One of the best places to eat in Reading.

My Husband and I were given a voucher for London Street Brasserie on our wedding day and 6 months on we finally found the time to use it and we were not disappointed. The food and service was exceptional. We stayed for a delightful 3 course meal, my husband had the pear and endive salad, the Stilton was out of... More
