We and our children all had burgers - all slightly different and they were all delicious. The fries were super crispy and the place felt really clean. To top it all off, the deal was great value!! Thanks - we'll be back!

Amazing as always. Love to get the kids burger and they always let me add extras like salad. Chips are super tasty, especially the sweet potato fries! Thank you to Rob for always making me feel welcome ❤️

Had the loveliest takeaway lunch with my bff, first since lockdown, made all the more enjoyable by 2 Male staff (sorry didn't catch your names) who were so friendly and gave me a 50% discount with my nhs id card, which I really appreciated, I...had a chicken burger which was delicious not dry at all and my friend had a cheese burger, they took time to ask how she wanted it cooked , even the fries were tasty. I would definitely go back, best burger had in quite a while.More

Just had burger delivered via Deliveroo. As tasty as the burger was, it was tiny and completely cold. As were the fries and congealed bernaise sauce. I appreciate that this is partially due to the delivery service but for more than £20 for one burger...and fries, it’s exceedingly disappointing. If I had ordered a happy meal from McDonald’s, I would have got a similar sized meal but probably warmer. Sorry but for that price, I can get better and substantially more, elsewhere. Won’t be ordering again.More

Ironically it was Mrs Reviewer's milkshake I tasted because I have an intolerance to milk but the few small sips I had were soooooo nice. I suppose the laziest way to describe Tommi's is by comparing it to Five Guys. They are very similar so...be prepared for two things: a messy burger and a bill which will raise your eyebrows. Maybe not as high as at Five Guys, but Tommi's is still a bit pricey. Hence only 4/5. What you get at these two places, though, is the gen-u-ine article. This is how most proper burger joints are Stateside and how their burgers look and taste. I'm not including McDonald's, Burger King and Wendy's et al, by the way. Theirs are a completely different product designed for someone who has only seconds to spare waiting for his or her food to arrive. It all depends how much value you place on your burger. Malcolm Muggeridge once said that all hamburgers are exactly the same , wherever they are made. Ha! That isn't even true for a burger from the same worldwide chain, but I can understand that for food snobs the burger will always be fast food and therefore not in any way "proper" food. Tommi's isn't fast but it is real food in my book and your taste buds will thank you for not heading for those golden arches.More

Amazing feedback! We appreciate it wholeheartedly. We source our products from the finest available to us and that does come at a bit of a cost unfortunately, but only the best for us :) We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Asked for my soft drink to be served in a glass, as there were stacks of glasses on the bar. The cashier told me the glasses were only for alcohol. I then asked if the coke would be from a can. Was told yes, then...was immediately poured one into a non-recyclable paper cup. I went back to show the cashier the drink and ask why it could not have been placed in a glass, and was faced with absolute lack of comprehension. Staff could be trained that customers may want to reduce waste, perhaps? On top of this, the food was of poor quality, especially the fries, and extremely overpriced.More

Was very impressed with the quality of the burger here. Juicy, meaty, definitely a solid burger (although I didn’t like the idea that I had to pay extra for the cheese). The meal (with double patty and cheese) with fries and a soft drink came...to be slightly over £15 - not the cheapest food court burger meal but definitely better value than other burger chains. They have a huge selection of sauces by the side where you pick up your orders so make sure you check that out before purchasing additional sauces!More

You place your order, sit down and wait for your name to be yelled out. Decent enough burger. There is no service as such and the approach of those behind the counter does homage to their Icelandic Icelandic origins. Overall it is akin to dining...in a motorway service area.More
