Le Mistral is our local restaurant and always the first choice when going out. The food is always excellent, prices affordable and a great atmospheres to top it all with. Would definitely recommend for lunch or dinner! Can’t praise enough.

Sadly the Le Mistral branch in Nottingham City has closed, so we were delighted that the food and service in the Sherwood restaurant was to the same high standards. Good choice of delicious food and wine and fantastic service from Charlotte and Skye.

Best Sunday roast ever, not entirely traditional, but excellent. Service was very good and a very good ambience. Will definitely be going again.

Visited here for an evening meal with family, food was amazin for starters to mains. I had the pork belly and that was cooked to perfection. Will certianly be back again. Parking is available on street in the evening after 6:30

At least a 45 mins drive on a straight road to Nottingham but not in rush hour. Parking down a side street free after 6pm.
