Came into the teahouse around 4.40pm with my mum. I was really looking forward to having an afternoon tea as it was my birthday and would have been a nice place to celebrate it. Girl who served us explained that they wouldn't have time to prepare us afternoon tea and as there was a lot of food on the tiers... More

It is a pretty cafe with cute rabbit condiment set's on the table's. The cake I had was very tasty, raspberry and lemon flavour. It is in a little hidden alleyway that I'd never even seen before. Only downside was it was a bit on the small side and there are no Windows in the cafe!

I've come here a few times now for afternoon tea and just a sandwich at lunch time and have never been disappointed. The owner seems lovely and the staff are all friendly, and the food offered is fresh and made to order.

It was a lovely tea room. full of rustic charm. quirky furniture, bunting. lovely china and it has to be said lovely tea. However the whole experience for me and my friend was spoilt by the pushy manager. Firstly taking our order she asked if we were sure we didn't want anything to eat. No thank you was our reply.... Went to this original tea shop for lunch with a friend. Very warm welcome and several tables free. All crockery is china and food and drinks were very good. Staff very attentive but too much so for us and we got the impression they wanted us in and out as fast as possible. This may have been due to a... More

On a busy Saturday in Nottingham, all the chains are heaving and queues extend on to the street, then I strongly recommend you turn slightly off the main drag and head to the White Rabbit tea-house, fresh made sandwiches, served with salad and crisps for under a fiver, with good robust Italian coffee. Revel in the calm, support your local... More

It is a tiny hidden place in the heart of Nottingham, you must not miss. Homemade cakes and full afternoon tea are on offer. I had one of the best scones and clotted cream ever. The people are lovely, and the surroundings are typical.

We visited for a friends birthday, I found the waitress was very off and not at all friendly. The size of the afternoon tea was very poor for £15 per person. The scones were tiny and so were the rest of the cakes. We will not be returning.

The best cakes I've had from any cafe I've been to, especially the apple and caramel. I prefer the one that isn't in the arcade, it has a nicer environment.
