Was staying in the travelodge next door, came down for tea at about 5pm, it looked busy and a member of staff decided to come out and turn at least ten people away because of long que, we were not blocking anything, we were outside...premises and his attitude was ridiculous, one person asked for the manager, I decided could not be bothered and went to get my tea from else where, personally what a attitude too take during this difficult times and we were all adhering too the rules, no one causing trouble, so what the problem, feel the member of staff needs some customer service training. Would give no stars but was not an optionMore

You have to queue socially distanced and provide contact details you are then seated and have to order on the spoons app to get drinks or food to your table. Staff were friendly and order came within a reasonable amount of time considering it was...busy! It is your typical spoons and is great for a cheap drink 🍸More

had drinks here a couple of times while staying in york. Track and trace in place for customers to do and sanitisers at entry and exit, however tables not cleaned properly, it was a quick wipe over before the next customers sat down.

Went here for breakfast. Went for the vegetarian one. Tasteless beyond compare. Really poor social distancing with customers crowding round coffee machine. Horrible coffee.

food was good usual wetherspoons fayre, drinks nice and cheap used the app like a good boy,but whilst eating and drinking we were people watching and maybe 25%of people just walked in with no track and trace .the management tracked a few down bur there really...needed to have someone on the door all the time.people werent following the in/out system and just blatently pushing past the few people waiting to enter,if we have rules then enforce them,if you cant put enough staff on then dont open these are serious times and you just havent played your part,More

No pure orange juice. No brown sauce. Dirty cutlery. Lipstick on my glass. Welcome to Wetherspoons. This was only bearable because of help out to eat out and because there was barely any staff to complain to.

If i could give zero I would!!!!!!!!! As a highly regarded food critic of the north and midlands, I’m sorry for starting this review with the word vomit. Went for breakfast on Sunday 30 August and was seated in a booth, 10 mins in and...a smell started to linger - looked down and could see dried vomit on the floor, presumably from the night before - we were horrified that this wasn’t cleaned up by the staff, left immediately- will never go to a WS again.More
