Nice tea shop tucked out of the way above the square, with lovely tea and scones topped with sugar. The Staff are courteous too.

Me and my boyfriend visited while in York for a couple of days. The tea and scones went down a treat and my boyfriend enjoyed his vanilla milkshake. The staff are also friendly. Average price. Would recommend :)

Our usual coffee haunt was closed so followed signs to this venue. After climbing a very step set of stairs we found ourselves in what at first appeared to be a church hall complete with church chairs ,but no hymn books. We were given menus by a very pleasant young lady and ordered coffee. Good but not outstanding but better... More

Popped in for a quick snack and coffee. Pleasant staff and superb cappuchino! Delicious toasted cheese and herb bread brought with plenty of butter, served separately. Would definitely visit again, at a mealtime, so I can sample something substantial! Considering it was so busy in York on the day of my visit (penultimate before Christmas) it was a pleasant surprise... More
