Love love this tea room with tablecloths, good cutlery great staff and great selection of food. We always make sure we don’t visit Whitby on a Monday as that’s the day it is closed. Nice clean toilets this place is truly unique.

We were recommended to try this tearoom by a neighbour who wanted to know what we thought of it on our return from lovely Whitby. The décor is very traditional and the female staff wear black with white aprons and caps; it's all from a...More

Skinner street is great for shopping an eating. Bothams is a great place to eat, with well prepared traditional food. We always call here when visiting Whitby and have never been disappointed

A trip into these long-standing tea rooms is like stepping back in time….and reminiscent of scenes featuring the establishment in Frances Brody’s murder mystery novel “Death at the Seaside,” which is set in and around Whitby during the 1920’s. We had shopped at the bakery...More
