Place was busy and we sat for a bit in the bar, showed to a table and then waited ages for drinks. Then ages for food. Food was lovely though when it eventually came. Staff were basic conversation, polite but most of them looked bored....More
arrived around 7.30pm, went into restaurant and was then asked to sit at a table and order. Ordered drinks and food which arrived after 15 minutes, it was not busy and surroundings were ok,food was a bit pricey for what you got.

We visited on a midweek evening so it was reasonably quiet, the service was quick, the girl that served us was so friendly and pleasant, a credit to the company.

Well this is probably the best Frankie & Benny's in Teesside. Our visit was cheerful and enjoyable. The breakfast was fantastic. Quick pleasant service with a smile and even singing staff, obviously happy in their roles. Will come back. Also the coffee is spot on.
