I came here with 3 other friends for a girly dinner and catch up. We booked and it was a good thing we did. The cafe is small and crowded in the evenings and I would definitely recommend making a booking - we went on a Wednesday evening.. The satay chicken is the best satay chicken I have ever had.... It looks nothing on the outside and the inside is pretty spartan too, but don't let that dissuade you. The menu has a lot of choice, the meals arrive quickly and are hot, the service is impeccable and best of all, the quality is super and the taste authentic. And if that wasn't enough, the prices are not expensive and... More

WARNING ~ cash only and take your own booze (Londis at end of road!) Book for a Saturday night. It is a corner cafe serving excellent Thai food. This is a great Thai food restaurant on a ridiculously cheap budget. A party plate of starters and three filling mains for under £40 and that includes a little amount of corkage... More

Our party leader had booked for 9 pm a table for 9 and asked to leave a cash deposit. On arrival we had to wait outside as they did not have the table. Finally we gradually got our table as people left. However, the most disappointing part if our visit was the poor, unhelpful, unfriendly service - why run a... More

We've been to this restaurant many times as its close to our home in Pimlico. The ambience is simple but the food and staff are excellent, particular favourites are the Asian beef salad and their dim sum. It's a particularly lovely choice when the sun is shining and the cafes French doors are open.

Brilliant food, service and surroundings. Cozy so not great for larger parties than 6 probably but food very tasty and piping hot. Would definitely recommend a visit if your ever passing through East Dulwich way. Make sure you take your own wine as its bring your own alcohol!!! They do not accept cards, cash only!!! Definitely worth a visit.

I visit or order take away from TCC once a week (I would order more but they now know my address from hearing my voice!). The food is great, great value for money, and does hold its own against the more expensive Thai restaurants in London. The food maybe is not as 'hot' as traditional Thai food but it is... More

Booked in for a meal at this busy little cafe on a Saturday night. At first glance, to the casual observer, the cafe looks at bit down market. However, you soon notice that it is riotously busy with people enjoying the atmosphere and food. They don't sell alcohol so it's bring your own and they will open it for you... More

We were a party of six last night celebrating a family birthday. Our table was booked for 7.30. When the starters arrived they were delicious! The tad gratiem was SUPER salty, a little disappointing but everything else was good. Great pad thai! Shame about the service. Our waitress was unbelievably grumpy and impatient and at 9.07pm another of the waiters... More

That headline pretty much sums it up...this place is lovely. If you want to go for a cheap and cheerful meal with friends or someone special, take along your own wine, share a few starters, have a nice authentic main with rice and expect to pay £20 each including service. The food is no frills, fresh, well cooked and tasty.... More
