I've eaten here a few times and find that they have a good choice of vegetarian dishes. This time we ate the twice-cooked aubergine, which was delicious, along with a tiffin box that included dahl, vegetable curry and salad. The restaurant is unlicenced, but you...More

I really enjoyed this small, independent restaurant near Borough Tube station, producing fresh and tasty Indian food with Sri Lankan and Nepalese influences. Lighter than your average Indian meal but full of flavour. Have been back and had another excellent meal.

I’ve lived in London for 13+ years, and the experience at Simply Indian was the very worst of a restaurant I have experienced. Rude, indifferent and worthy of a 0 rather than a 1 out of 5. I will never go back, and I will...More

We dined here for the fifth of sixth time. The food tonight was the best ever. The goat curry was excellent and the basket of mixed bread great. Staff were good as usual. The bring your own alcohol a big money saver.

I've been to Simply Indian twice now (once as a takeaway and once seat-in) and it never disappoints! What makes this indian different is that it's light, refreshing and doesn't feel greasy or heavy at all. The portions are generous and have so much flavour...More

Happened upon this restaurant after we spent some time at the Shard, as we were craving Indian food and Yelp gave this place some pretty good reviews. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food came quickly and was delicious.

Even before the arrival of the instantly iconic Shard,
the riverside scene in Southwark had moved well beyond
any up-and-coming phase of development. For quite some
time, locals and out-of-towners alike have loved
browsing the boutiques of Bermondsey High Street,
foraging through the bounteous stalls at centuries old
foodie haven Borough Market, and flocking to the banks
of the Thames to enjoy some of Britain's biggest

An intimate South Indian restaurant very close to Borough market in #London, where you can BYO wine and beer and not pay any corkage fee. Freshly sourced produce delivered daily. A delivery service s also available.Recently rated as top 3 Indian Restaurant in Lambeth by ThreeBestRated UK. Very busy little retaurant so always advisable to book in advance. Party menu also available for celebration bookings.
