I’m really not sure what the fuss over this venue is about and after an evening in December doubt I’ll choose to return. While the setting is alright, the photos online are certainly over complimentary and many areas could do with a refurb. There’s a huge number of security staff throughout which in one way is reassuring but equally makes you wonder whether trouble isn’t far away.
What was more disappointing was the sequence of drama through the evening. The toilets “ran out of water” at 8pm, so it was a case of bottled water at the sink to wash your hands with. The bar ran out of beer at 9pm, leaving wine and spirits as the only options from there on. Come 10:30pm the bar staff insisted only one drink per person could be ordered at the bar. The prices for drinks are totally ridiculous given the other shortfalls and the staff behind the bar are extremely unpersonable.
Overall I was left with the opinion that it’s a pretentious place but sadly lacking the style or service to justify; there are so many better places to spend an evening nearby.

When I arrived with my printed ticket, before even looking at the ticket, the lady on the door guided me to the restaurant next door, I told her it was for the club and she then looked at my ticket and let me in. The security man at the door was very friendly.
Once through the door, the woman in the kiosk wasn't very friendly and told me she needed to see my driving licence or passport. This wasn't on the website or ticket. She checked with the lady on the door then let me go through. She was a bit rude!
Once in there the venue was nice, well decorated, enough bar staff that there wasn't a queue.
The ladies toilets were absolutely disgusting, the floor had been peed on in the cubicles somehow and lots of paper in the toilet bowl and some seats dripped on, toilets not flushed.
The attendee was sitting browsing her phone. She handed me some tissue to dry my hands but she clearly wasn't doing her work.
Apparently the mens toilets were in a better condition.
Nice security, not so nice staff!

For £1000 table we expected a nice comfortable place which will have enough room for 8 people to sit down. What we got was a small 1x1m table with almost 0 sofa space near the entrance, so people were constantly walking by (and as you'd expect, at some point, someone accidentally spilt all the drinks on me by walking too close to the table)
Then, £750 for 1.75cl Vodka? Really?...
Oh and last but not least... Staff... One waiter pushed my boyfriend, who obviously responded with WTF reaction. This waiter started calling the bouncer over showing aggression towards us, trying to start a fight and threatening us. Why would you treat people like crap in a place where you are supposed to offer a VIP kinda service (judging by the price)?
Would only come back if you paid me

My friends and I (4 girls) wanted to have one last night in london and everyone said that cuckoo was the place, but it is definetely not. they were supposed to open at eleven and instead they waited until there was a line outside (11.30 ish). The girl at the front was so stuck up and rude, she commented on our clothes (normal club waering we use to go out in milan and spain) and look down on us and said that the best she could do was 40£ each (not even at gattopardo in milan we pay that much) and NO drink included. Then she said if we were looking just for drinks, we should have gone to another place and not there. Of course we left and will never go back. Definetely wouldn't recommed.

Bouncer was so friendly and nice. The staff at the door and on the cash desk were absolutely awful. No customer service skills at all. £50 person to get in. (4 of us). When she said the price we asked for literally 1 min as she wanted us to pay on 1 card. So we were checking whose card to pay on. Then she ran to the door saying “leave if you can’t afford it”. So rude. Anyway, we paid and walked in. 4 vodkas £81, drinks were ok. Bar staff 4/10. The club is stuck up and not worth the money or hype.

It was a terrible experience, starting with the girl at the front door who was very rude and treated me and my friends like stupid. The promoter was useless and lied to us saying that we were going to pay less to get in. When I was paying, the female cashier was mad and started rushing me to take the money.
Also, the promoter told us that we will have a table, a bottle and drinks for free, which never happened. We just got 2 vodkas with cheap juice, they were awful. There was no space to dance and security people was always rushing, pushing us and treating us very badly. Even when we were walking down the stairs the guard started clapping to us to walk faster, like we were animals. I felt shocked, helpless and started thinking that they just recruit aggressive kind of people without any manners to join their staff. The whole experience and environment was horrible, so we will never go back again and suggest everyone to go anywhere but here.

Awful experience. No semblence of customer service or basic respect for customers. Door security staff were surly - accused my partner of being drunk when she was in fact sober but had had to walk across town in heels as traffic was at standstill - so was leaning on me as her feet hurt. Eventually relented and said we could go in but threatened to eject us if there was any trouble - by girlfriend is 5ft nothing.
They then decided to vary the admission charge as the club was busy!!!! So 2x £50 with the prospect of further rudeness inside - we politely declined their kind offer.
Would not recommend at all. There are other and much better, welcoming places.

Me, my sister and our mother went to this club through a promoter who was really nice towards us. When we arrived to the club, we encountered a white woman handing the guest list. Unfortunately she was unprofessional, stressed, extremely rude and aggressive toward us. It’s the worst encounter we’ve had during ur trip here in London so far. I truly hope no one will have to go through the racism that we had to endure tonight, hence why I’m writing this review. From a woman to another woman, this experiences made us feel uncomfortable and unwanted, which was unfortunate because we were really excited to go to this club. She had an awful attitude, and told us “this wasn’t charity” when we asked her about the prices for a table. I truly hope that she and this company understands that it’s never acceptable to treat women of color differently than others.

my friends and i went out for a birthday and had a reservation inside, i was told i wasn’t allowed in so had to wait in another queue on my own whilst all my friends went inside. after waiting outside for over two hours on my own i was allowed to rejoin the main queue and then was told i still wasn’t allowed in and that i was never going to get in! my friends inside said that the music was awful, that they were being harassed and that the staff treated them awfully. definitely a common theme with the bad staff. an absolutely awful night out and a very traumatising experience. would not recommend because even if you get let in you are paying to have the worst night out anyway.

£50 for men and £20 for women. The music is very mediocre, the clientele are just mostly rich people. If you are looking for a great night out with great music at an affordable price this is defo not the place to go. Would not recommend. Never going back.

We had a terrible experience at Cuckoo club. The prices were outrageous and the place was cramped. We had a table and they were very good at not disclosing all the hidden charges which amounted to a huge sum... hundreds of dollars. It seems like a scammy sort of place. Please avoid and go to places like Luxx or Cirque.

Great place! I celebrated my birthday here with a couple of girlfriends and I had the best time! We had great help from Alex from Club Bookers who helped us get an amazing table and the best service. You can contact him at +1 347 759-6146, he really knows his stuff. The service at the spot was also amazing, and people were very polite. Awesome, awesome birthday!

This was literally the worst club I have ever been in my life. Everything was genuinely so bad. Staff was rude and they are basically lying to your face to get your money. Everybody in the club are so high-sighted. Prices were really absurd. No one was doing their job properly and They are behaving people like trash. There is no order. Total waste of money and traumatic night! Don’t go! Please…

I had a terrible experience at this nightclub in London. The staff were rude, and the atmosphere was unpleasant. I definitely won’t be returning. There are much better options out there
