The club was quiet posh and expensive to enter but it was completely worth it. Because it was slightly on the expensive, the crowd was more or less pretty good. The DJ was quiet good too.

Absolutely appalling night at a so called "top London night club". I went with 11 other girls for my birthday and was told that two of my friends were not allowed into the club because they were too small and young looking, the bouncers and door staff would not even have a look at their ID's (they are 22 years... We had an event there and basically the owner was actually nasty to my MOTHER yes my mother because apparently we hadn't spent enough money within the first 20 minutes or so of being there. I work in the nightlife industry and I haven't experienced this even at the most awful clubs. I also understand the need to mark up... More

Really nice ambience and appears to be well thought out and decorated (it's very dark). The drinks were fine for central London night club.

Unbelievable behaviour from the doormen, manager and the owner of the club! I can not believe anyone could get away with charging people to come and get treated like this. the "bouncers", the "manager" and the "OWNER" all very rude and unprofessional... I simply could not believe my eyes! AND WE HAD A TABLE

We had a birthday celebration at the cuckoo club and all my friends loved the new garden. The music was fantastic and we didn't want to leave at the end of the night. Might be a bit tricky to get in sometimes but won't forget this Friday for a long time.

Dreadful. Rude door staff, smelly dank interior full of aggressive men, overpriced for what you are getting and inferior in every respect to alternatives in the area (e.g. Loop bar, cafe de Paris). We had booked a table for quite a large group. One of our number was late, and the door staff messed around ignoring us and not letting... More

I had heard people talk about this club so we went down last Saturday through a promoter. Sure we got some free drinks and didn't have to queue for long but what a shambles this club is. Hideous decor and tasteless furniture along with some less than classy looking guests. The music was ok to be fair but nothing better... More

A friend kindly on the day added myself (female) and 3 male friends, who were in London for one night only, onto the guestlist for Saturday night, as the venue we would be in for the main part of the evening closed at 1am. At around midnight we made our way over to Cuckoo, and approached the Chinese looking lady... More

I attended at an event under the club Elite Social, venue was great, well organised. Both floors are nice, staff was very friendly even doorman and security. Well We were basically dancing all the time, great DJ. Yeah it is a bit expensive club, but what do you expect = Mayfair. So all good. I will be happy to come... More

Staying in Mayfair

Neighborhood Profile
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
