We chose this restaurant as it was close to the theatre and caters well for our children. One of my daughters has multiple food intolerances and eating out can be difficult. Staff were very helpful, especially Veronica, going out of their way to check ingredients and alter the meal accordingly. The restaurant itself is small and the few times we... More

Lovely restaurant, nice decor. Had three courses and each one was delicious. Celebrating friends 40th birthday with meal and then onto a show. Used our taste card which gave us a good discount.

Family dinner between matinee and train so time limited. That didn't stop the staff from giving us our table of choice and super service. Menu as varied as ever. Mussels, steak and chicken excellent.

This is a small but well positioned Cafe Rouge in Covent Garden close for theatres and other locations of interest, service was good but I felt it was a functional rather than special experience but that's sort of what you expect. Personally I will not rush back but its adequate for a quick meal but might treat ourselves next time... More

Great location in Covent Garden. Didn't have a reservation but they were able to seat us quickly despite being quite crowded. Probably best to have a reservation on theatre nights. Food pretty good-not outstanding. Service ok. Somewhat noisy.

As Lovers of Café Rouge, we were pleased to find a branch close to where we were going to the theatre. Just like being at home, there is a feeling of comfort as all branches offer the same, or similar, menus. It was a lovely summer day (for a change!) and it was a pleasure to have the restaurant with... More

We popped in here after seeing Charlie and the Chocolate factory at the Theatre. It was late (after 10pm), but the staff happily showed us to a table, and service was efficient, prompt and friendly. As with all Cafe Rouge, they have the same standard menu. The Steak Frites was delicious and well cooked to our medium rare request.

Had dinner here with my family before going to the theatre. All the starters were very good. My wife had a beetroot tart which was tasteless so avoid that. Everything else was good though.

Arrived for lunch and was given a table. Considering a large part of their menu is croques we were horrified to learn that there was none available. What were they going to do for the rest of the day. In the end the food was good and the kids were entertained with colouring sheets/menus provided. Good but not what we... More
