Had a family standard burger and chips. Burger was very good with nice bacon and cheese; chips were hot, fat and crunchy.

Server while cheerful said they had no cask ale. This is supposed to be a good pub. Menu prices high but if you are cool enough to book online they give you a one £discount and have the chutzpah to call this still overpriced meal "almost free". What is wrong with walking of the street to go to a pub... More

I was looking for a good non-chain burger near Holborn and found this hidden gem. Had a really nice burger served at the bar. Really appreciated the casual vibe at this place, the film-poster themed decor and the friendliness of the staff. The "mini" bounty burger was more than enough for me.

Why are you using the photographs of rescued animals from sanctuaries to sell your products? That photo on your website is of a vegan animal lover cuddling a rescued bull - it's not yours. It ain't the mythical pastures from which you claim you got your beef from. If your meat is as happy and as clean as you say,... More

We were sent the uncredited lovely photo of a woman blissfully cradling the head of a bull, and put in on The Bountiful Cow's website home page. That is where we have sometimes featured pictures of Smithfield Market, the source of all our excellent beef-- as well as many other handsome and happy cows. When vegan author Colleen Patrick-Goudreau emailed... More

This place has a very good vibe. It's hidden away in a back street and is decorated with anything beef. Have been here a few times as it's close to work and was recommended by a friend who has spent many evenings after work here drinking at the bar after a meal. The burger is great but the steaks are... More

Hidden away a little in a back street it's s lovely little find. We stopped for a quick bite and all had burgers which were delicious. Service was nice and quick. Friday night and wasn't too busy but had a nice buzz. Only disappointment for me was the lack of cocktails but other than that couldn't fault

Lovely atmostphere, service very friendly and helpful. We came as a group of 7 and every1 of us loved the food. The steak was cooked to absolute perfection. I shared a surf & turf with my husband and it came with 2 massive steaks, grilled shrimps, onion rings, chips and wine. Was absolutely yummy. Would def return here again.

Went for dinner here on Saturday evening with a group of 14 including two children. Lovely atmosphere and everyone was very happy with their food. The staff were lovely even making time to talk to the children we had with us. Would definitely go again when in London,
