What's cooking: Parfait of foie gras en gelée, toasted poilâne; Confit of salmon, cauliflower cream Maison Prunier to start, and for mains - Daube of Aberdeen Angus à l'ancienne pomme purée, garnish provençale; Grilled tuna with aubergine caviar sauce vierge au basilic or perhaps

We went to the Belvedere at the end of December for a family lunch: a fantastic large dining room, nicely decorated (look at the Andy Warhol paints!), large tables. A kind welcome, and a waiter always caring for us so that we have a quiet...More

Lovely restaurant on west side of Holland Park. Bevelled mirrors on walls, beautiful layout and furnishings. Attentive staff. But no one there apart from the 7 of us. What a waste of a wonderful venue.Good set menus for under £18 for two courses. Whole place...More

Gone downhill since I was here 5 years ago. The roast beef was shocking - two slices of the fattiest sub-standard beef you ever saw. Inedible. The roast potatoes were obviously frozen - pale, hard and tasteless. Toby Carvery does it better by miles. Only...More

It's a big problem to find the parking place on Sunday near the park. Especially on sunny days. You can try to search in neighbourhoods.
