This seems to be a good Thai, but not outstanding. I had the red curry beef; there were too few vegetables in it, the Curry was good. The rice was too sticky. Excellent spring rolls. Very friendly staff. I liked the atmosphere. Medium prices. Differenzierte Bewertung (4er Schritte): 14/20

Busy place - must be good - service excellent - beer good - food a bit bland. I was slightly disappointed with the food (prawns in crispy pancakes, cod in red Thai curry) which was okay but did not dazzle my tastebuds and was dull in presentation. It looked inviting, the waitresses too were great - I tried the Thai... More

I have eaten here many times and it is always very good. The owner and staff are always very welcoming and the food is consistently excellent. It's always very fresh and tasty using good quality ingredients. I like to sit at the girder, which as the name suggests is a high glass bar set on top of a large I... More

Having eaten at Thai Girder multiple times, I can safely say the food is consistently good quality and the prices are very reasonable. The Tom Yam Goong soup is flavourful with lots of tasty prawns. If you're a seafood lover, I wouldn't recommend the squid as these were overcooked, but the prawn dishes are lovely. The service is quick and attentive... More

This Thai restaurant is a gem in the SW19 area. The food is authentic and tasty. We have eaten here several times and also had take away. We have never been disappointed. Every dish has been good. And the staff are nice too.

Every time we come to London we eat here. This is amongst the best Thai food we have tasted outside of Thailand. Excellent hosts and good service.

This used to be good tasty food for good value but not anymore. The last two times the food was bland, tasteless, dry and the staff is just appalling! The chicken satay i received seemed to be off and reheated as it gave me stomach cramps and diarrhea straight away which i have never had before. I also took some... More

Popped into this place to have a quick lunch with some colleagues, and turned out to be very good! Abundant portions of a very nicely cooked meal. By no means I'm an expert of all things Thai, but surely it tasted good

The Thai Girder is always excellent, fab food, good service and great value for money. We have been coming here regularly for years and it gets better and better. I was reluctant to recommend our local Thai because I probably won't get a table now!
