A wonderful restaurant particularly for fish lovers. Buzzy but not noisy,a great atmosphere. Not cheap, but why should it be! Top quality and well worth the money. Look forward to the next visit

Scott's serves the most delicious Dover Sole in London. My only problem are the choices of appetisers on offer. I never find anything that I really want to order. The desserts however, are wonderful.

Love this restaurant. The atmosphere is glamorous and buzzy. The cuisine is delightful as is the extensive wine list. The service 1st class. Need to book well in advance.

You don't have to be a James Bond fan to love Scott's. We decided to sit at the bar just to mix it up a bit. Our server, Zoltan was as good as it gets. We felt like we had his undivided attention our entire dinner. Want to mix up the oyster selection, why of course! Want to share a... More

Four of us had lunch here recently, to celebrate our ruby wedding anniversary. The restaurant is located in the middle of Mayfair, and is well known for its fish and seafood. I made a reservation, and as it was for a Sunday, confirmed that the full menu would be available. We arrived early, and enjoyed some champagne at the island... More

We had a table booked for 6pm. Emily the hostess very kindly gave us a table outside, which was fantastic on a warm evening. We ended up leaving the restaurant at 12 midnight !! With no hassle of having to give our table back for the next sitting, which was nice. The food was fantastic, we all ordered fish or... More

We sat down and were served by a waiter with attitude.he was obviously going to finish his shift half way through our meal. The food took a very long time to come and when it did arrive it was extremely average. Not Scotts how it used to be. The Maitre 'd just walked around doing nothing and not once were... More

Seafood restaurant that has a great selection. In our group we started with the Cerviche, and Tuna Tartare which were very good. For our Main we had Fish and Chips, Dover Sole and the Monkfish with Prawns. All food was prepared very well and the service was good. The best part was the atmosphere. It was a overall a great... Originally an oyster warehouse, Scott's has been serving up its legendary seafood since 1851. A conveniently short walk from Green Park and Bond Street tube stations, this Mayfair mainstay uses burgundy leather banquettes and subdued lighting to create an air of old-school elegance which reflects the restaurant's chic clientele. Designed by Martin Brudnizki and highlighted by the exquisite bar topped with onyx and finished in stingray skin, the revamped interior of Scott's still carries the 1960's glamour of yesteryear. Traditional fish and seafood dishes dominate the menu, although seasonal meat and game make an appearance. Atlantic Halibut, Dover Sole and Lobster have proven to be popular choices, and there is also a Roasted Shellfish platter for two to share. The famous oyster bar with its three-metre crustacean display offers a more relaxed dining area and there is also an art deco-style private dining room, ideal for canapé receptions, press launches and private celebrations.

Staying in Mayfair

Neighborhood Profile
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
