At the beginning staff were way too busy and we were left a tad too long. But as the meal went on they got quieter and were the friendly fun TGI staff :-)

The restaurant is always packed, atmosphere is nice although a bit noisy. The food is fantastic but salads are small.

This restaurant sometimes delivers less than it promises. If it were in New York, the service would likely be warm fast and friendly, and the food mouth-wateringly delicious (or so goes the myth!) In London they have all the customers they can get, and sometimes it doesn't live up to its image of an attractive American style diner. We went... More

If you've been to any other TGI Friday's then this one is no different. Decent food at a reasonable price in a bustling environment. The menu has good options to choose from with a decent drink selection. Service was friendly and professional throughout. No complaints. Decent if not memorable meal.

We were seated immediately @ TGIF....looking good. Ordered drinks & food. Beer arrived...room temp. Drank it anyway. 20 min later no food. Asked our server to look into it. Brought out Asian salad, limp & cold. Then came the nachos.....cold and saturated in grease. Regrettable meal. Never again

Staying in Soho

Neighborhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
