Visited here for Sunday lunch. I'd read the reviews first so was looking forward to eating. Sadly it felt like I was in completely different establishment to everyone else on here. My lamb was overcooked and could have been any meat, the flavour was that lacking. The potatoes, conversely were undercooked. The gravy was nice, in fairness, hence the second... More

We found this place after a lot of looking, it is a local neighborhood and I'm pretty sure we were the only tourist here. A great sunday roast for a great price. Hope the tube and go off the beaten path for a great experience.

Very nice food and excellent quality ale. Only downside was that out group were sat on emergency chairs (!) so it was a bit cramped and uncomfortable. Still remember the meal fondly though.

We came here on a sunny Sunday afternoon for a roast and were not disappointed. For central London, the roasts are very reasonably priced and absolutely delicious! Gorgeous gravy is smothered over juicy slices of beef, and the Yorkshire puddings and roasties were lovely. Only suggesting would be to add more vegetables and cook them to crunchy.

The Harrison is a small pub within easy walking distance of Greys Inn Road. We found it quite a busy pub but when we order food we discovered why - it was excellent. Although slightly pricey for a small pub, the menu would rival many restaurants. I had Sea Bass that was perfectly cooked and the presentation was also excellent.... More

I stayed at this pub / hotel / B&B last night. It was booked very last minute as all the trains out of London were massively delayed, so I just booked something close to St. Pancras that was a very reasonable price. The greeting was very friendly, and even booking just 5 mins before they had all my details ready... More

This pub (gastropub) had been recommended to me, so I went with a colleague on an evening passing back through London on a business trip, heading home up North. Perhaps we were a little late, but on the good side, the place was heaving. They also have a fair selection of real ales. I had the haddock and chips, and... More

We booked a table for our group of 10 but only 7 showed up. We were offered a good table in the main, ground floor room. The room was quite noisy for our conversation but by moving around the table we managed. The menu had a good selection of beers and food. The fish and chips was a disappointment. Not... More

Prompt & friendly service. Sunday Roast was faultless, definitely coming back. £13.95 for Roast with all the trimmings is excellent value for Central Lindon.

I had booked a table for 5 people for Sunday lunch via the phone. When we arrived they didn't have any record of the booking but since the place wasn't too full they were able to move two small tables together to just about fit us in. However, the table we were on was incredibly cramped and wasn't particularly comfortable.... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
