Felt very uncomfortable in front of my friend who in the end said lets go!! pity because the crazy bear in beaconsfield is... More

My friend and I found a groupon voucher for a Thai lunch here for £25 per person. I have to say it is incredible value. For that price we had appetisers of prawn crackers and edamame beans to share, a starter, main, dessert and a cocktail each. All of which were lovely. I highly recommend the chicken satay starter and... More

On arrival we were greeted by a rather rude foreign waiter, quite arrogant and we were seated in an area that wasn't the nicest part of the restaurant, obviously put at the front with all the afternoon teayers for convenience. Champagne arrived pronto but one glass was taken away which had not even been finished. Food arrived and no tea... More

We had the 10 plates, the soft shell crab tasted of nothing, the chicken curry did not resemble any Thai curry I've ever had before the gravy was like water awful, every comes our together and gets cold very quickly. It was a waste of hard earned money certainly not value for money. Will never return!

On my third attempt I managed to get in to the crazy bear. First turned away as it was afternoon tea. Then turned away at 530 as not booked (I will learn in the future!) Good cocktails...finding the toilets needs a Marcel marso impression. Bit tricky to find but great when u do!

This was bought for us as a gift so we had no idea what to expect, however we were not disappointed. We were welcomed and take to the bar initially which was comfortable but a bit dark. If you need the loo ask someone, it's not easy to find if you don't know where it is! Cocktails were lovely. When... More

I have been here a few times now, and the food is absolutely fantastic every time. The place itself has an interesting decor, the staff very polite. Unfortunately, most of the tables are quite small and squashed too close together and perhaps not enough staff?! I think this because one thing that I notice at every visit, and this was... More

Unfortunately we've all been to the Crazy Bear in Beaconsfield so we found this very small, cramped and tired. In our corner the lights blew several times. The decor is no where near as spectacular, despite floating giraffes, and the trademark mirrored toilets linking through to the gents were actually a bit grotty. By the end of our visit only...
