There isn't that much to say about the restaurant, everything was just perfect. The food and wine, the friendly staff and the ambience. The only thing is the slightly high price, but still it's worth it. As I said that food was perfectly cooked and...More

I really don't like giving five star reviews, but in this case I have to. I've only ever been to one place with better tapas and that was one out of a dozen I've been to in Barcelona. After dinner here, I subsequently went the...More

One of the best restaurants in London, definetly! The balcony scheme is very charming and I highly reccomend the tuna tartar, amazing and with a fresh avocado sauce! The courgette flower was really tasty. The chips with brava sauce are always a good idea. A...More

The food is just amazing here. Very authentic spanish tapas in my opinion. Also, although everything was just the delicious, the one item that stood out was pan con tomate. I am not kidding, we ordered 6 for two people - it was that good.

Being a regular at Ronnie Scott’s I often walked past Barrafina, seeing people queuing outside wondering what all the fuss was about. One day I was fortunate enough to be walking past when there were stools free so decided to give it a whirl. Since...More

My third time here and I just love this place. We were very unlucky this time with the queue and we stood in front of people who are and just lingered and drank more and sat there for hours. We ended up waiting 90 minutes...More

The place is renown for its queues, as it doesn't accept reservations. In anticipation I aimed to arrive just before they opened at 11:45 and found that there was already a queue. The restaurant is small and seating is around a central bar. I would...More

The sad thing about Barrafina is that they don't take any reservations. So you're stuck waiting in line for about an hour/hour and half but it is sooo worth the wait. Firstly, while you're waiting in line, you can drink wine and order some starters...More

They will do - but from my experience you can't ever reserve tables, so if busy which it normally is you would have to either sit apart, or potentially wait in a queue quite a while until enough seats in a row become... More

Dear Seamus1973, Thank you for your question. I'm afraid we don't have high chairs at our restaurants, we just have our high stools. Thanks, Connie Cooper (PR & Marketing)

Barrafina is an authentic Spanish tapas bar located in London's Soho. It serves a traditional but contemporary, regional a la carte menu and there is a daily blackboard of specials, created by Executive Head Chef, Barragan Mohacho. Barrafina operates a first come first serve queuing system, and does not take reservations for their 23 stools. However, part of the fun of dining there is eating little bites and sipping on something delicious while making the line. The kitchen is open and guests are close to all the action and drama while their food is prepared.
