I'm a little surprised by the negative comments particularly in regards to the waiters being so rude. I went here the other day during the day and the two waitresses we had attending us were really helpful and polite. Maybe they've taken not of all the comments and fixed up. Food was delicious but a bit on the pricey side... More

We often go as a family to this restaurant as it is local to my daughters house. The food is good and service is quick but I have yet to see a smile on any of the staff's faces. We are not looking for over attentive staff but a little interaction would go a long way to making this a... More

I quite often go here for lunch and nearly always have a disaster here. The waiters seem to change weekly and are always incredibly slow as well as being fairly rude. The majority of the dishes particularly soups/ramens smell bizarre and the pumpkin curry looks and tastes like vomit. The atmosphere is ok and usually quite busy but the music... More

Blimey the Dim t police need to go and visit this place. It could be wonderful. However it's cold miserable and soulless. They clearly have not been keeping an eye on the competition because frankly having been once I wouldn't bother again until the place and the menu get a makeover. Everything tasted the same, it was bland and overlooked.... More

Inexplicably popular Asian restaurant. Friendly relaxed atmosphere but all the dishes and drinks cost just a bit too much considering how much you get. The food itself is good but hearty eaters will leave feeling somewhat underwhelmed.

Randang was cold, red curry tasted of stale cheese, and the green curry was a bowl of glue. Apparently the secret to achieving this experience is to thicken your sauce with potato flour. Cost 80 quid for four of us but wouldn't eat it for free if I were given the chance. Avoid!

My wife and I went to Dim t as recommended. The staff were very friendly and really helpful The food was nice but portions were small and many of the appetisers had 3 pieces which is disappointing when there are 2 The noodle dishes were tasty and enjoyable The deserts were wonderful and highly recommended The meal was however expensive... They advertise Chinese,Viet and Thai cooking...and the food is edible...BUT!! All the noodle dishes we tried were made with the same thread-like noodles..ie in Laksa. .Singapore Noodles etc. The Nasi Goreng was nothing like the real thing, ditto the Rendang Beef. The Five Spiced Squid was overdone which made it hard. On the positive side the Laksa was not bad,the... More

The wife and I visited this restaurant for a quick takeaway lunch. We arrived just before they opened (10 mins) and they still took our order and said they they would start preparing it at 12 noon, once they had officially opened (not a good start), Okay we thought, no probs. We were told it would take about 15-20 mins... More

I visited on a date on a Sunday afternoon; the restaurant was pretty quiet. Probably only 3 or 4 other tables in use. The food was really lovely - especially the prawn and peanut dim sum. My only slight gripe is that the portion size for the 'main' courses were very small.
