Situated just next to the BBC and opposite the Langham hotel I regularly use The Heights for meetings. Location is very convenient (few minutes walk from Oxford Street), is usually fairly quiet, always able to find a table. Muzak can be a bit irritating but the staff will turn it down on request. The view is wonderful.

Great location for nice panoramic views from the 15th floor although there are not a lot of noteworthy sites to view, in fact very few at all. The variety and selection was limited and so much more could be done to create a more intimate atmosphere. Not in the same street as the Langham located opposite, either price wise or... More

A wonderful little secret is this bar - not many people know it exists unless they are staying in the hotel. I was undecided about which white wine to go for - the superb staff offered for me to do a mini wine-tasting to help me decide - such a treat to try different wines that way.

All perfect in the Heights... I prefer the continental breakfast but is always a pleasure with good jazz music in the morning.

We enjoy coming here for drinks with friends when we're in central London. In the past we have found the service friendly and inviting but this time it seemed quite rushed and unwelcoming despite being almost empty. We ordered one round of drinks and they even messes the bill up. It may have been our waitress was having an off... More

I booked the small lounge to hold a champagne reception through email and phone to the events manager, and it was all very easy. It required a minimum pre-order of food and drink of 300GDP. All my guests were very impressed - from the sign at the lifts with my name on, to the views, to the polite but easy-going... More

We booked this restaurant because of its proximity to the theatre we were going to and because of the view. The bar area seemed reasonably busy but the restaurant was almost deserted. We were pleased that for a central London restaurant it had a set menu at £21.75 for 3 courses and a drink (this is not mentioned on its... More

The views were outstanding and the layout was lovely, really lots of space. A good choice of food on the menu, Staff very attentive. Price we thought was a little steep for what we had, we both had the Chicken Supreme dish, which was great. The décor perhaps could do with a little bit of a revamp, but compared to... More
