I used the upstairs room for a special memorial celebration of my best friend's recent passing. The whole experience was perfect and Jack and the team could not have been more professional and totally on point. Nothing was too much trouble, the food was fantastic...More

Wanted to check this place out. Beautiful interior. Old oak with chrome. Lovely bar with a great drinks selection. Had Salmon to start and a beautiful steak for a main, as good as any I've had in London. Staff friendly, reasonably priced. I'd spend a...More

I like coming to London to find new places to eat. I live in the boondocks, where there is a coffee shop every two hundred miles. In London there is a restaurant every two hundred yards. My attention was drawn to the Royal Oak on...More

Enjoyed our lunch here. The starter of scallops with smoked eel was excellent and service very pleasant. Just a shame that the much anticipated Vindaloo pie was pretty mild, especially as we were given a friendly warning on the heat as we ordered...

Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods
cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience.
Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged
between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the
southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of
Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as
pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The
bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it
